One time me and a couple friends were in Walmart and we were using my mod. After a few suspicious looks from the workers a lady came up to me and told me to leave because I was "smoking" in the store. I tried to explain that it wasn't tobacco and that it was allowed. She let me stay in the store if I put it away but she said if she seen it again Wed have to leave. Can she do that? I don't even think she was a manager or anything.

Why even do that just asking for trouble and new laws that cud come is it legal yes but a store can tell you not to. It's like vaping in a restaurant just because you can don't mean it's not disrespectful

Because it's supposed to be okay and I wasn't expecting anyone to freak out on me.

I wouldn't push the boundaries

It's like rubbing it in people's faces

I for one love vapeing but also can see why others wouldn't like it indoors at a public places especially huge clouds
I wasn't blowing clouds. I was letting out small amounts of vapor. And they're was no one in the store but workers.

No offence but you sound like a 15 year old.

Walmart isn't your property.

I am not one who restricts myself to only vaping where smoking is allowed, however, if you are asked to stop, stop.

It may not be allowed indoors in your country/state/county/city, you would know that better than me. A business is private property, and even if they don't have posted signs, they have the right to ask you to stop.

I'm not against it mate but there are a lot of people out there who don't know what we are doing,

I would leave it for out doors it's not worth the hassle,

Vape on!
Yeah I'm not disagreeing with that. I'd just never been bothered about it before so I was just curious if I was actually doing anything wrong. I no longer vape in stores. I was just curious if what she did was okay.

Since when does a cashier get to make rules for a national country? Haha
:) Didn't realize walmart was a national country.

If one vapes in my house, I won't ask one to stop. That is disrespectful to me. Having sex is perfectly legal by 2 consenting adults. Again if one does it my house.. I won't ask one to leave before I toss them out. Common sense does wonders.

None of the Walmart stores I frequent have anything posted that vaping is allowed or not but with actions such as this they will very soon. I have a restaurant that frequent quite often and In the last several months the signage has changed to include e-cigarettes. Does it bother me? No! I don't vape in public buildings unless it is a bar and it is allowed.
