5000 you say.. So that's it? 2nd hand vaping shouldn't be studied anymore, because of a pg isotope test.

We can assume it's safe. And we can push that assumption on others while they're uncomfortable all we want...but you're saying we should, so that's it. I'm still not going to do it, and I'm hoping others won't either.
Congrats. You're obviously better than me.

I'm not doing it outside either. Please join me in the respectful position and don't do it outside either. As I noted before, some vapers are rude and will blow it in people's faces when outside, and therefore no vaper should ever do it outside for this reason. After all we are under attack and we need to be ultra courteous in this time by not letting others anywhere, ever, see us vaping. I say we stop vaping altogether, even at home, and when the laws are in our favor, then we can all take it up again.

Again, you don't poop outside in public, then neither should you vape. It's both logical and common sense.

Ohhh so i'm arrogant because I consider other people's feelings.

And I don't?

According to you...

You're not listening so you can be better than others that define courteous differently and repeatedly profess why you're better than them.

That defines arrogance, no?

all this attention towards vaping in a public place and exposing vape "fumes" to the non vaping community.... hmm and to consider all the millions of liters of exhaust fumes being pumped from running vehicles are not even thought of as being a health hazard.... odd how one thing is so hyped up but another is totally ignored but can be considered just as bad or even worse to be exposed to....

We go to walmart once a week for odd things for around the house and I've never once brought my vape with me. It never even crossed my mind. It any store.
When I was with my gf and she was shopping clothes (had only planned to pick up a ciuple certain things, but you know how girls are..). I get pretty stressed and easily irritated when out shopping for a long time. So after 2hrs I just had to. Went into the changing room besides my gf and got my fix. Stealth of course. Sometimes you just have too.

That's the irony - those who vape at Walmart can cope and stay longer, increasing Walmart's sales!

Reductio ad absurdum (Latin: "reduction to absurdity"; pl.: reductiones ad absurdum), also known as argumentum ad absurdum (Latin: argument to absurdity), is a common form of argument which seeks to demonstrate that a statement is true by showing that a false, untenable, or absurd result follows from its denial, or in turn to demonstrate that a statement is false by showing that a false, untenable, or absurd result follows from its acceptance.
You've done this several times now. Please stop.

I don't know what the big deal is. I blow a cloud of baked apple pie vape and the wal-mart customer goes and buys an apple pie. Second hand vape could be used as a sales tool if they did it right.
In all seriousness, this "don't offend someone else" argument fails in the real world. I was driving down the road yesterday and my car filled up with the wonderful oily fumes of asphalt. Did I drive up to the truck driver and give him a mean look? No, I dealt with it. The whole time I'm thinking to myself I'd rather be in Wal-mart and have a vape cloud blown in my face.

If you're easily offended in a country with 320 Million people and you have thin skin you'll drive yourself nuts without good stress reduction skills.

No, I was in a store and didn't feel the need to vape. For pete's sake, we should have some self control and not feel the need to vape in stores. We're not drug addicts.
Did I say I was offended? Thinking something is stupid and being offended are two different things. Feeling a little reactionary?
let me rephrase this.
its not about my self control or where and when i vape.
its all about others who do not have the self control
to keep them from butting into other peoples lives.
regards
mike

So then it's a self control issue? You don't *think* second hand vapor is harmful. You don't know. You can't show me a single study on long term side effects. It's a risk we are taking because we assume that it's healthier, and not harmful. But to the uninformed public especially, it can be a cause of concern. And I don't think that we should take that freedom away from them, to choose whether or not it's safe, because some of us refuse to show even a marginal amount of self control.
there will be no long term studies on second hand vape. this baby has been put to bed.
every study concerned about second hand vapor has determined any toxic substances
if found are in such low amounts as not to have any possibility of being a health risk
to anybody for any reason.
Ohhh so i'm arrogant because I consider other people's feelings.
its nice that you consider other peoples feelings.
i however believe other people are more capable than i to
take care of their own feelings. this is one reason why i do
not presume to know what other peoples feelings are.
so therefore i say vape everywhere and vape often.
lets find out what those "other people" are really feeling.
inquisitive minds want to know.

Mike, I love your irony. You used a post not directed at you to .... into other people's lives and set them straight by telling them how you feel. Bravo!
