Was looking around and could not find an adequate answer to this question. Is there a ratio to nicotine levels and absorption between analogs and digitals? I have been vaping for 4 days now and I am think I am taking in a lot more nicotine than I was with analogs. But again I am not sure. Any information would be appreciated, thank you.

8 and 11mg/ml are at the lower end of the eliquid spectrum. A typical new person who smoked full flavor cigs (e.g., Marl reds) would use 16 mg/ml, while a typical lights smoker would vape 16 - 18 mg/ml, with some variance (people using one level higher or lower in nicotine strength).

Are you vaping constantly because you want to (really love the flavors), or because you feel a need to? If it's the latter case, you might actually want to bump up a level in nic, see if that helps.

I was a pack a day smoker with Camel 99s. It is because I feel a need to. The flavors and tanko set up I have now do not really say much for the flavor. I am hoping the Tube Tank fixes this lol. So I am basically puffing away just to clear away the cravings.

I wouldn't worry about it to much vape what you need to get off the smokes if you need to up you nic to 18 or 24mg do it you can cut down your nic later it's not hard to do once you get use to not having the other 4000 chem that are in the cigarettes cutting down your nic slowly is easy to do, I started with 36mg and now I vape 4mg juice stepping down to 4mg was painless I cut out 2mg at a time and I never missed it and I no longer have a tolerance for higher nic I was cleaning out my pantry and I found a juice I use to love it was mixed at 12mg after 3 hits I had a pounding headache.

Note - unless you smoked entire cigarettes from tip to filter without stopping and no smoke just burning up into the air, you also don't know how much nicotine you got from cigarettes.

If you get too much nic, the most common symptoms after vaping a lot would be headache, rapid or irregular heartbeat, hazy ill feeling. The nicotine seems to accumulate, especially since vapers generally end up vaping more often but for fewer drags than they smoked, so it's sort of like overlapping doses. So if you vape too much in a period of time, you could get overnicced symptoms and you'll know to back off. I keep a zero-nic carto around to vape when I know I am vaping too much.
