In the last month I've placed 3 orders from VZ because I'm so pleased with all my DIY results so far! (and running 20% off helped :p) My 3rd order is due any moment since tracking showed it in Philadelphia the other day which is only 60 miles south of me...today there's no update...it must be lost at my post office  but hope not!

Honey Flu Cured is the sweetest and my favorite so far because it blends well with anything LOL. I'm not a professional DIYer and might never be because I don't use the "calculator" method...
I put about 3 drops of the flavor into 5 ml bottle of my nic base to start. After a few days if it doesn't seem strong enough I add another drop and let it steep some more. Then it's good LOL. Each flavor is unique. Some have spicey notes, some honey, some are more heavy tobacco, I could go on and on LOL....I'm loving the great variety! It seems like I have enough super concentrated flavors to last forever LOL and I'll be in my "mixing laboratory" till next year. My Capella,TPA and Flavourart flavors are all on the back of the shelf for now (and I hope they have a long shelf life, till I get back to them, could be a year or more LOL.)

Thanks all for sharing your thoughts. I'm not sure how I came across vaping Zone threads, but sure glad I did because I had given up hope with DIY efforts using the initial brands of flavors that I bought. (Not to mention that I had to throw away a ton of stuff in the beginning because I bought some bad nicotine base but now switched vendors and I'm happy as a clam :D )

I'm especially thrilled that I'm not getting perfumey, chemical, soapy nasty aromas or tastes from any of my vz like I was/am getting from some of the other brands. I'm not displeased with any of my VZ SC flavors, some I like more than others, some I'm tweaking with EM and mixing with other DIY that I've not been liking so much [because adding my vz stuff makes the crappy ones vapable now and won't be throwing out any more LOL]
Kudos to vaping Zone  I'll be a loyal customer for life :toast:

I think you're exactly right. DIYing couldn't be any easier than using VZ SC flavoring. I might be letting the cat out of the bag, but keep an eye out because I'm pretty sure there may be be some new flavors added to this line in the near future.

No I don't work for and am not associated with Vapingzone. I live close by and visit quite often. They are my first and favorite vendor and I am very fortunate that I live close by.

 oh geez, I might as well hand over my credit card to them ...sigh I was just thinking I shouldn't have to buy any more flavors from anywhere from another year...but guessing I spoke to soon

If anybody out there has tried Caramel Cream Puff and the 3 or 4 new tobaccos listed on the VZ website towards the end of the SC list I would love to hear your impressions. I think they are called Sept Wolves, Light Tobacco and a couple more. I am happy to see Old Captain back on the site---very nice vape.

My only update to this little ditty is I have tried alot more Hangsen Essence tobaccos and I like almost all of them I tried :toast: The 555, Flue Cured and Turkish, Cuba and Havana are my favorites. Don't know if these are the names they are called at VZ as I bought some of my Hangsen Essence at ecigexpress.

Shilo, great job here and to everyone else, awesome reviews! After Diying myself for 2 months now, I will be ordering from VZ. I have tried every other flavor mfg out there and have had good results but not great results. After reading this (from start to finish) lol, I look forward to trying the super concentrated flavors.

Hi everyone!
I've been busy with DIY and forgetting to update here :p
Mohito is a fun flavor! As is Chocolate Mint!
The mixed fruit is like a fruit punch. At first vape without steeping it was blah. But now it's a nice blend of flavors, which after steeping a few weeks, is great! In fact several of the fruit flavors, such as Dragon Fruit, IMO, needed some steeping time. Unlike the tobacco flavors that I was vaping without steeping and thought they were good right away. They do get richer with steep time.
Honey Flu still my favorite, right up there with French Pipe, Mild Seven, B&M, Seven Stars, Island Tobacco and MaxBlend :p

Having trouble getting started with Carolina Tobacco though...the smell is too strong...I had to put it in a ziploc bag for now. (When I opened it after shaking and sniffing, a single drop flew out of the bottle somehow...I could smell it in the room for days and it was still overwhelming! I'm not wanting to try to mix up a batch yet, if ever  )
I'm not fond of the Carmel Cream Puff...not at first and not after steeping. I'll add it to some other flavors and see what I come up with lol.
Not enough time to write up an evaluation of all of my vz now though.
I'm not liking SeptWolves, Real Cig or Light Tobacco, yet anyway. Perhaps these flavors are not for me.

I have several dozen bottles of the super concentrated flavors and am happy with almost all of them. Not bad. Not bad at all. :)

There's no rule of thumb with DIY and flavors that's for sure lol. Some are good as soon as I mix them and some need lots of steeping. YMMV :D

It sounds like we have similar tastes with the tobaccos as the ones you don't care for I don't either. Certain of the tobacco flavors are too overpowering for my tastes both smell and taste so I understand about keeping them under lock and key so to speak...lol As far as the tobaccos I think Dunhill and Old Captain and Island Tobacco are probably the ones I like the best.

Thanks for sharing these updates as I was dying to hear if anyone tried the new ones before I spent anymore money...lol

PS: to anybody reading this Cyrus Vap also has a great Vaping Zone review thread where he goes into far greater detail than I did---he's a master at this reviewing stuff.

I've been re-making batches of some of my flavors.. It turns out I was adding some PG to my 100% VG nic base sometimes for experimentation purposes a few months ago. The flavors that I'm liking best are the ones that have no PG. For some reason, pg makes me have extremely dry mouth and other issues which I won't go into here... but I might have been thinking it was the flavors!

I'm adding B&H and Dunhill to my list of favorites! I'm so glad all the single flavors, each unique, are so easy and taste so good!:)
