My first ever e-cig order was for a starter kit that came with five carts. I was prompted to choose my flavor and strength when I placed my order. I requested the tobacco shop sampler in 24 mg strength. When I received my order I was surprised to find that the carts that I received were 18mg. I am a 1 1/2 pack-a-day smoker, so I wanted a stronger cart. When I checked the receipt, the order description for my 24 mg carts was circled and a note stating that they were out of stock was added.
I was eager to try my new e-cig and I had already purchased what was to be my last pack of analogs, so I didn't bother to contact customer service at that time. I was a bit disappointed that they would substitute product without trying to contact me. After all, I assume that they asked for my phone number so that they could contact me in case there was a problem with my order.
Before my first order ever arrived, I placed another order for some different carts and a pcc. I am waiting to see if that order is correct. Since I now have some carts on hand, I can take the time to contact customer service if there are problems with my second order.
I will say that I was happily surprised to received a few sample carts and two bottles of juice that were tossed in with my order. I have a relationship with another on-line vendor (a different business entirely) that tosses in a free sample with every order, and I will give V4L applause for doing this.
I've heard some great things about V4L, and I do hope that I will be able to promote them in a positive light in the future.
