I love vaporbeast. Tim is a great guy. I had a Switchback die on me and they are replacing it. They didn't even ask for me to return the broken mod!

I bought a switchback also and I'm always vaping that dam thing. I just love that mod!!! Of course my Provari still gets most of my attention because I like high voltage vaping! The switchback is the best 3.7 volt device available for the PRICE and for some reason everyone is fasinated by it! Its just kind of cool !

Hottoddy ... I tried to send you a message within ECF and couldn't. Need your advise: I got the SB, and got about 3-4 hrs on a blue light the first time. NOW when I charge it, after about 45 min I get an orange light. What's the deal?

Hi Jackie, yes...my Swithback goes from Blue to orange very quickly! (Within 5 minutes), my fast vape pace! That being said, I get pretty good battery life! I find that most indicator lights are a bit irregular like that, so i just don't pay much attention to them on any of my e-cigs! if your still getting good battery life i would not worry about it! otherwise I would contact Tim at Vaporbeast, as they are simply the BEST with their customer service, and I'm sure they will make sure your HAPPY! Let me know how it turns out for you?

PROBLEM SOLVED! Tim not only sent me an email but also a PM .... on the SB, it is necessary to have the switch pointing to the end that is being charged. I wasn't paying any attention to that before. I suggested to Tim to have Boge include that point in their user manual. And I'm glad to know your light goes quickly to orange and that it's no big deal. I, too, am a heavy vaper, and will ignore the indicator light going forward until the SB obviously needs to charge.

I'm back to being in love with this unique little device! And continue to be over-the-top impressed with Vapor Beast's superb customer service!
