No, they not laughing at us. Sorry you had such a bad experience with them. You placed your original order sadly at the Chinese New Year, it lasts one week. They are also 14 hours ahead of us so our evening is their day time.

The Chinese people have had many bad experiences with Americans claiming something is bad and costing them money to replace it (even though it is not bad). Most of the time, they didn't even bother with having the "defective" unit returned so they just shipped out another to replace it (only finding out later the original was not defective). When that happened, they have no legal solution so they just have to "eat" the loss.

I have never heard of somebody wanting a video to "prove" defective unit, especially since not everybody has a video camera that can show it. Wish I could assist but only my fiance's family trusts me (her family in China). When I go there, I will ask them to see what they are doing. I also am wanting to see their operation because I may actually look into doing wholesale business with them and sell units in Malaysia as a side income.

Hope you get this fixed up and fast.

I ordered 3/3 and received a "shipped" confirmation and a track number until 3/13, it remains as" acceptance china peoples rep" and "transporting", can't track it on usps. i believe you have up to 45 days to file a dispute with Paypal, ill wait a couple of days more before i contact paypal. Here is another thread i've been following http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/vamo/377942-vamo-vaporbreak-com-50.html

Their new year and the time difference are not reasons for this much of a problem with delivery time and an RMA. I may be a bit harsh in my posts, but thats only after the 5 weeks and a faulty product. I don't know why people would send things back that aren't defective unless they are just trying the item to see if they want it. That would be wrong and selfish on their part and is not something I have ever done. I'm not really against the company/people, just not happy about the way this is going. It sounds like you actually know the owners or their family. I'm not really a mean, rude American, just a frustrated one. I guess its because I have never experienced this before. I recently made an order from another Chinese company and the product arrived in less than 10 days. (fasttech.com)

Ordered from VB on Mar. 15th, accepted at China Post on Mar. 20 and will be ready for pickup at Canada Post Apr. 3. A lot quicker than I had anticipated.

item No. Year Status Location Destination Country Date
XXXXXXX 2013 Collection 10061400 CA 20130320 1309
XXXXXXX 2013 Departure from outward office of exchange 10010200 CA 20130321 0934
XXXXXXX 2013 Opening 10010200 CA 20130321 1000

06:59 TORONTO Item processed at local delivery facility
2013/04/02 08:59 TORONTO Item out for delivery

Please understand NOT rubbing it in to others that have had issues with VB and/ or China Post. There was NO notification that the package had left China. Considering exports are the mainstay of China's economy I would've thought they be doing a better job. MANY times when I checked China Post the servers were overloaded and it was only showing me the cache.
Best of Luck.

I know, was just saying that could have been part of the reason it took so long for some people on seeing anything being done on the order in terms of being shipped out. Depending on the owner and area of China, they may have had no choice in being closed for the Chinese New Year. I don't know the owner or the family of this business, only speaking in general. I will try to find out with my fiance when there though. Yes, it is very frustrating. The China post is much the same way as the USPS until it leaves the country then it goes to the other carrier (depending on country). I don't know why it has been slowing down lately either. I have a lot of business with China and I will agree this company seems to be slower than the others. That is why I want to meet them to see exactly where they are. That may also help some people understand why it takes so long.

I don't think you are a rude american, just a frustrated one. We Americans love our instant gratifications and maybe some of the most impatient people in general (and I speak for myself mainly). Dealing with people from China, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonessia and a few other areas as really been teaching me about my extreme inpatience. LOL

I still can't get over the fact they wanted a video of the defective product though..that is amazing and very strange. The only thing I could think of was to attempt to contact them with my fiance as a translator and it may be just that...they are only beginning to teach some customer service personal that speak English. The video may be just something so that they can understand. Hope they improve and hope that many of us Americans don't give up on them, especially with the low prices and maybe they will give other companies a run for their money.

My order on March 11: "VV650 VAMO V2 STARTER KIT no atomizers - color : Chrome, Power Plug : USA" and a single 510-eGo adapter.

It finally arrived yesterday via registered mail, signature required. Came in a box, with a 2 spot charger and 2 18350 batteries.

Roughly 23 days to reach me after ordering. Don't think I'll order again due to the communication/language issues and the time it takes to get here. But, I did get what I ordered. From now on, I'll be co-oping when I need something from China.

This was my shipping option: 2013-03-11 01:09:58 China Post 0.480 kg $8.62

PS: According to their web site, my order was shipped on the 13th.

I know I can be impatient at times too. I also don't know what other countries citizens consider fast or slow shipping. We have been geared toward instant gratification in America and its not a good thing. I also feel I should add that I don't really want to buy from China because of the systematic selling out of America which is making other countries wealthier at our expense. Meaning all of the companies that have sent their manufacturing to China and other countries. After this I will try to buy as much e-cig supplies as possible from this country, even though many of the devices are made else where. The truth is, I know I'm not helping this nation's economy by going other places when I don't have to. I'll let this be a lesson to me.

Hey Vaper Dudes & Dudettes: Boy I had No idea there would be so many responses to my original post. My original problem was with their system excepting PayPal for some reason the State would not show up so they could not complete the transaction!?? Finally ‘Karen’ at Vapor Break manually added state to my address so the transaction could be completed. Also using the Firefox add on made it easy to adjust my personal info!

My order Finally went in Sunday March 24th, Shipped Monday the 25th with DHL shipping and arrived Friday March 29th though I was not at home when they came to the door Friday Night at 8:30pm so I had to wait until Monday April 1st to actually have in hand my order from Vapor Break. I would say 4 days from China to Cali is not bad for the extra $7 bucks!

I’ve been purchasing products from China going on Ten Years and every year go through the Chinese New Year hang up but then it is no different then the Italian Summer Vacation where there is 3 months were receiving product is sketchy! The Best Thing is when the Vendors you purchase from Give a Heads Up to these potential shipping problems!

Personally I don’t want to wait 20 to 35 days for my products and always choose (if I can) a Faster Shipping Option! The same goes for what I ship! Everybody is Happier when the Product Arrives Fast!

Again Just My 13cents Worth!

Glad you got your order. I agree, giving customers or potential customers information about delays or anything is always great. I didn't know about delays or slower shipping during the Italian Summer Vacation, and if I was purchasing something and that would cause delays, it would be great to know.

I agree, normally I choose faster shipping option also, depending on how much it is and what I am purchasing. I don't know why I did not choose the faster shipping on my order, and now I will have to eat the cost by having it sit here waiting for me to return. LOL

Yes, many companies are outsourcing to China and other countries because of the cheaper labor. This is not the countries fault entirely, in my opinion but the fault of greedy Americans (sorry, have been that type too). I personally do like purchasing most of my items from the United States. I don't buy any of my boots from anywhere else but the USA (and only certain companies because some get the raw materials from outside the country and don't care if it came from child labor - forced or not) and anytime I get a new cowboy hat, I only get it from Texas Hatters (100% made in USA - even raw materials). I also get my knives that are made in the USA (and typically custom made types and not manufactured). There is only a few items I get from outside the USA.

Ok, no joking that I am getting my future wife from outside the USA

After my experiences with American women, I don't blame you there. I've seen too much attitude of entitlement, and self-centeredness. Maybe my woman picker is just broke. Now that I said that I'll be popular for sure here.

I’m going to lean in here on this just a bit I don’t see it as so many of us are looking for the cheapest least expensive deal on these products! I do try to get a decent deal but I have to say that a lot of the vendors I have tried to purchase from have been out of stock so long I have gone else where for these items and if I’m going to purchase from some where else and pay so much for shipping I’m going to load up on items! I’m sure there are many just as me doing the same!

Since my ex-wife sent me free I have had the pleasure of knowing Very Many Absolutely Beautiful Intelligent American Women across this country! I think when everyone takes their masks off and can be truthful with others as well as their selves you can find that Right One to accompany you!

For me the thought of ever getting married again has been the only thing holding me from ever spending the rest of my life with someone but if I’m lucky and fortunate enough someday that special someone that doesn’t need the Paper to make it a long lasting commitment will come along! Till then I Love meeting, getting to know and Enjoy American Women! Hell we live in the Greatest Country in the World! Unless you are just set in your ways I would say you don't have to go far to meet someone special! Again Just My 13cents Worth!

Vapor Dudes & Dudettes: Thought I would share how my last order is going. As I've posted I have had three previous orders with VaporBreak that I'm Totally Happy with! This Last one number four I decided I would go with the Regular China Post and Not pay the extra fee for EMS Fast Shipping. OK, so my order went in April 11 I received confirmation that it shipped April 13 with confirmation from China Post it was in their possession.

Checked this evening on VaporBreak there is No New information posted. Checked China Post No New information posted. Checked USPS they show package in China System. Seems with the standard shipping there isn't the emphasis on tracking like with the extra EMS postage I found with it. Its been Ten days since confirmation of order.

With all my previous orders I paid extra for Fast shipping all my orders arrive within 5 days of posting of shipment! I have the feeling my package will arrive without any other info posted like some others have shared with us here. It's OK, I didn't need these items quick mostly back up items so I thought I would try regular China Post to see what others were complaining about! My thoughts; if you don't care if it takes a little while, the savings are worth it. But if you want it quickly pay the extra! I'm already planning another order with them.

Just My 13cents Worth
