How does focal ship batteries? They usually can't be shipped by regular air mail so normally you'd have to pay extra or take a slow route. They might ship by regular air mail, but then there's the risk that the package will be stopped without ever reaching you.

Ooh good point! Definitely not risking that. I'll get them locally. Thanks!

You know what, I deserve another flask for all that pain and suffering I went through on the first one. One could almost I say I need another flask.

So I'm buying one from Focal. Because I'm worth it. And yeah that price is pretty damn incredible, it would really be a crime not to buy it.

So anyway, would you guys trust Samsung 25Rs from Focal? There's a few positive reviews, saying seems genuine, and I've never heard of any big glut of fake Samsungs like with the Sonys etc. The price isn't that much cheaper than UK, so it's not worth any risk, just would make it more convenient receiving it all at the same time.

I'm also buying a bunch of cheap attys and the like - RDAs for £5 must not be ignored, and especially my beloved Aqua v2 for £10, half UK price! (and seemingly a different clone, so this is also a for Science comparison and I'm entirely justified buying two! I'm doing a lot of Italics this morning.)

Anyway yeah, batteries from Focal safe we think?

if you are picking up some RDAs, grab the 454Big Block. It is a beast and if the photos are of what they actually ship, it has the SS retaining ring to secure the negatice leads. This thing is a beast. I got a Cigreen clone cheap in UK which is about as 1:1 as any clone I have seen but the FC one looks pretty good! You wont be disappointed..:). If you havent tried the magma, that is great also....and the Marquis....and the mephisto V3....and if you get one where the post holes are drilled in the right direction, the Omerta is fun to play with...it never ends....lol!

I may have got a bit excited...

(I think someone earlier was asking about discount codes - I am using fcfacebook and it is automatically applying to everything except the Waidea. So no discount on that, fair enough, but I'm glad they got their stuff together and allowed it to be used on everything else at the same time.)

Oh god not another one to look at! :)

I have 4 RDAs and I barely use them.. I much prefer RTAs, and I get some that can also be used as RDAs in case I ever suddenly get excited by dripping (yet to happen but maybe with nickel..?)

Anyway let me check that thing out, maybe I will be tempted!

EDIT: Well it's cheap and looks fine.. but can't see it's special in any way?

I already have Marquis, Magma, Vengeance and Derringer, all of which have some special feature to recommend them (innovative/unique building method; Great flavour; great flavour quad coil; tiny - respectively)

Is the 454 particularly good at anything? :) Not saying it isn't, just wondering if I would ever use it given I have these others plus a bunch of RTAs that also operate as RDAs (Aqua v2 x a million, and one of these others in my basket can be an RDA too)

Just saw your list. You make me feel better!

The 454 has the intesting feature that the rim of the base acts a the negative. So you can just secure wires under that and screw it down. I have two vertical kanthal coils in mine and the flavour is just top notch and the vapour production is really really good.

Sounds like you have enough toys to play with already though!!! Good man!

Oooh that is unique. Definitely want it now :) Thanks!

It never ends :) I have 8 new spools of wire in my shopping cart at Crazy Wire Company as well, so I can try some fancier coils (made the mistake of starting watching some Twisted Messes videos.) At least those are only £2.50 each!

anyone seen this?!?!?

$52.01-$52.55 Mini VF KX-50D Temperature Control 50w VW MOD by Kangxin - Black

looks pretty cool to me although I do like the dual 18650 original...

Hahaha I said like three days ago that there would be a cloned TC device at 50W soon. I did not realise it would be quite that quick!

And nice to see Kangxin branding themselves, like we saw Waidea do recently with the Storm. But Kangxin have brought out a much better device it would seem! Well, certainly a unique and different device.

Christ I want that too now..

The Heatvape Invader Mini beat them to the punch. And further confirms my suspicions that Kangxin, Waidea, Heatvape, etc are all sourcing boards from the same place.
