In my case, using ePacket, 17 Track showed when it left China, then Royal Mail (our equivalent of USPS) showed that it had cleared customs four days after that; two further days later - a day after delivery - 17 Track then also showed that information.
So 17 Track did show UK information, but at least in my case it had no point as it was after delivery. But I suppose if local delivery had been more protracted, it might have caught up. But I don't see any sign that it would or could show more information than the local tracking site did.
I suppose there could be a situation where the local country doesn't provide proper tracking, but 17 Track is able to show something. But at least in the UK, 17 Track is basically just contacting the local courier to ask for the information the same as the end user is able to do, so it's only useful for the China side.
Interestingly, Royal Mail still shows mine as only having cleared customs - no further tracking and no confirmation it was delivered nearly a week ago! Maybe if I hadn't already contacted 3F, I could wait two months and then claim it never arrived
Probably it will update eventually, and/or they've at least communicate delivery back to the China side even if it's not showing on their tracking site. (Don't worry I wouldn't do that anyway )

You placed yours on April 6th, which is right around the cut-off time to make it April 23rd. April 6th should be in the former category, but it sounds like you got put in the latter
May be a time difference thing, as they specify Hong Kong time; maybe it was April 6th for you but 7th for them.
Actually when I ordered on April 6 at 10:06am est the shipping date was still April 10 to 13. The next day they changed it and I contacted FC to see if my order was in time - Eleven replied quickly and said my order was in on time, as it was 10:06pm in Hong Kong when my order was completed. Hopefully it's just a minor delay, but if it means waiting for the next shipment that's fine, I just won't buy from them again. Never had a single problem with FT.

Someone else ordered April 5th and it hasn't shipped either. They had some kind of a group wedding and it delayed their shipments from the usa dorm / warehouse... LOL (funny but true)
Thank you both, I did see that and to be honest a short delay like that doesn't bother me. If it's going to be another two weeks though I could just order one from China and maybe get it sooner!

Gotcha, yeah, it sucks waiting. I ordered with FC from China that on the 4th, before they listed the ones from the US warehouse, at first I was bummed when I saw the US listing, because I thought I'd rather have it ship from the US on the 10th, but now it seems I may get it before the US ones show up. Assuming it arrives at some point this week/early next week, it left Shenzen on April 7th.
I just noticed that Focal have a German Warehouse as well, "scheduled to be re-opened April 2015", and currently listing two products!
If they do get that up and running, and ship a reliable supply of stuff there, then that would be useful for us Europeans.
Though from what I'm hearing about the US warehouse, it sounds like a lot of the time ordering from there still means it has to ship from China to the US first, anyway!
That still might not be the worst thing, though - it would remove any customs risk for us, for example. So far we all seem to have been fine with our shipments from 3F and Focal and wherever, but it must be theoretically possible that sooner or later customs open a few shipments and realise that these "Electrical products - $10" are worth more than that.
To the UK, a $70 device would then become a $92 device once duty and tax had been added (I'm guessing 10% for duty, tax is definitely 20% VAT). Not sure if there's also fees on top of that. Probably.

PhoneGuy: I was joking about the dorm room! (I was out at the local tavern, enjoying, & tipping a few!)
A little birdie just contacted me and said the USA Warehouse was run by an Independent Agent who owns 3 B&Ms in NC. He is legitimately getting married & has shut down the USA Warehouse for a week. FC has no control over this situation and was never informed of his wedding plans prior the other night and they appear to be as frustrated as all of those affected.
It was the guy that is getting married who has offered to supply the free e-juice to those customers who were affected as his apology for inconveniencing Focal's USA Warehouse Customers and failing to inform Focal of his plans.

Oh I know you were joking, but it was too funny not to repeat. LOL
They have my money, I have nothing, and they're as frustrated as me? I doubt that. How about telling us about the delay and offering to refund all charges? Free e-juice might be a nice consolation to some, but what about those customers that DIY and have no interest in vaping mystery e-juice that may or may not be palatable or even safe? If this is how this vendor does business, I don't think I'd want to vape his juice, especially if it's given away for free.

Just passing along what was chirped in my ear by another ECF Member who was also affected by the situation, got the info from Doris & went so far as to send me a transcript of the Skype chat.
Doris was definitely upset because she had just DHL Shipped the inventory to cover all the USA orders the other day & was trying to confirm shipments were in progress when she found out about the nuptials & the week long shutdown. She was not pleased from what I read.
Glad I went with China shipping when I ordered my Silver Waidea on the 6th although it sounds like those who ordered from USA warehouse before April 7 were not affected.

I can't blame tree burner for being upset. Waiting for vape mail is hardest part (IMHO) , we all know that especially when he assumed ordering from the usa warehouse would be speedy.

But, I think you mean those who ordered AFTER April 7, as that's when they changed the ship date to April 23. I ordered before April 7 as confirmed by FC customer service.
