That's what I say about the flask its good for the 90% futile for me, each to there own ay!
It wasn't that I didn't believe you! The whole situation just sounded nuts & it is! I had a few, so I joked about it a little & tried to have some fun with it.

Yea hearing the whole story was kind of a letdown because I had convinced myself he got married to gain his citizenship so he could open up a string of Focal Points across the USA!

OK... so now the question for you TC experts... since I ordered the flask, I'm going to try TC on the ChiNA40 and see how I like it. I'm sure I'll end up with a DNA40 before its over, but let's take it one step at a time...and I have time before my flask arrive's, so what do I want wire wise?
I know Ni200, I've read a lot about 26g, I usually order from LightningVapes and he only stocks 28g, 30g and 32g - I'm sure its annealed not tempered, and as I understand it I either want tempered or 26g - so either one is not available from LV.... so again I ask for a little advise from you guys.

been using grade#1 30ga TI Exclusively on my DNA40's, i just double or triple the wire and spin it in my drill then wrap my coils.......both my dna40's seem to like the .22 to .26 range and the coils last forever and no coming loose or jumping resistance.....i use rayon (cellu) between 370 & 380F; chuckin vapor.
if your interested scroll down about 3/4 of the page and look for this "25' roll - 30ga - Grade 1 CP Titanium".....i think there is a 2 roll min, i bought 6

Mine has Not shipped yet from USA, and I ordered on the 5th so the "although it sounds like those who ordered from USA warehouse before April 7 were not affected." is not holding up, at least in my case...I just Cut and pasted this status of order from Focals web site, not to stressed about it though, as I received my China order of the same flask, ordered last month, yesterday...

I was never a Focal fan myself ever since I ordered (2) Orchid V4 attys last August & they only shipped 1 because the warehouse guy screwed up. Eleven straightened it out though & shipped another without question. I never ordered from them again until the Flask(s) recently & That was only because I got ...... at some communication issues with 3FVape.
Sorry to hear yours did not ship. I know the Silver ones have been much more popular on these than the black & they are always running out of them first. (which is how I ended up with the black one first).
So what do you think of the Silver one you just got now that the center pin is not adjustable?

26 gauge Ni200 is a mistake. Don't go near it. Just walk away.
You'll need a coil that looks something like this |||||||||||||| at a minimum if you use that with a DNA40/ChiNA40. Might get by with one that looks like this ||||||| if you use an SX350J since it has a 0.05 ohm limit instead of 0.10.
28ga and even 30ga annealed isn't really that hard to work with. It's just not.

I will agree I had trouble fitting 28ga in my dual coil RTAs & ended up using 30ga w/ NI200 for most of the few builds I've done.

Took 26 days for mine to get from China to Australia from 3fvape, I had pretty much given up on it as shipping had not updated for 3 weeks before it turned up and that was with the extra express shipping option. FT e-packets are usually at my door within 7 days, no later than 10 from Shenzen.
I think 3FVape takes the money for the extra shipping then puts it on the slow plane anyway, That is the only way to explain why it is taking so long for a lot of peoples packages to arrive when compared with other companies that have the same shipping options, ie, Fasttech.
