Unlike Cloudmaker vape Forward launched last night with some product in stock. The new line was only available in black but I grabbed a Stout.

I am curious if anyone else picked something up and how fast they get the new device in their hands.

I placed my order shortly after they launched and there and I was order 1211 so they took a couple orders their first night of business on the re-launch of their line.

Order #1252 for a black stout. Can't wait to get this and a silver one, once released.

This will be my fifth VF order and it better ship quickly unlike prior releases.

Hopefully they will ship quicker since these are packed and ready to go from China.

  • Colors: silver, black, white

Black is the only color in stock for the Stout. Once you make the selection of another color it's shows out of stock.

And I'm with you Rick, picked up a Black and planning on the Silver once they go into stock. I sent an e-mail asking about the Silver lead time but with the holidays and having to pack and ship orders it may be a while before I get an answer.

26650 charged and waiting.

My only problem with these new flasks is that the screen is on the side. The top facing screen was a big reason why I've fallen for the flasks since they're the only DNA/SX devices which allow you to see whats happening on the screen while you vape. To me its somewhat critical since I only vape TC mode and it helps me to get to the bottom of any resistance/TC issues promptly as they arise. Without seeing the screen I'll feel like I'm vaping blind/using any other device.

Doesn't bother me either way. Top or side works for me. I can't see what's going on, on top of my flask anyways because it's to blurry in my eyes.

I am the only that is having an issue getting the "new coil up / same down feature(in temp mode obviously) to work consistently ? Could be I'm missing a few steps in sequence.

Is this with the new flasks? If so, I guess they've adopted that feature from DNA chips. I know with DNA chips you'll only get that screen if it senses that the atty has been removed followed by a change in Ω from what its been calibrated to. So, lets say you use an atty until its warm. If you then unscrew the atty, click fire for it to recognize that no atty is installed and put it right back on, it will bring up the screen because the chip is reading a higher resting resistance than when the atty's cold. By clicking up at that point will recalibrate the resistance to be much higher than it actually should be. If you take that same atty, wait 10-15 minutes and unscrew it, click fire for it to recognize no atty's attached and reinstall the same atty you'll get the same screen again and clicking up that time will bring it to an accurate reading of actual resistance for the coil. If you don't get the screen, it means the chip isn't sensing a variation from its expected Ω &/or it realizes that the same atty is being used. This is why clicking fire when unscrewed is needed to force the screen to become engaged and even still it isn't always going to sense a variation from its original calibration and thus won't trigger the screen. Sorry for being verbose but I hope it helps.

Also, for those of you with new flasks, where's your pics?

Thanks. I'll try that and let you know. It would have been great to know if that is the case.
I appreciate it
I just followed your steps and what you described is what has been happening I guess.
I will only get that new coil to pop up when I go from wattage to temp. Most of my temp builds are the same ohms. I was thinking this is what was happening but the manual and all the videos for Joytech temp devices are like what the manual states.
I've only been doing temp on the SX M CLASS. I really appreciate your explanation.
Been banging my head on this one.
