Damn Jake sorry to here you had to send it back. How did the conversation go with VF?
Did they make it easy or was it a challenge?
I know, I ordered yesterday and have a tracking # in hand...hopefully the Pony Express doesn't run into bad weather.
Well let me say this, I wouldn't say challenge but certainly not Provape or Yihi.
I think they are just a bit overwhelmed at this point.
The true test will be how quickly they turn it around.
I'm sorry as well, I was/ still hoping this turns out to be a solid dependable mod.

I still don't know if I can pull the trigger on these because of the side facing screen. It's one of the biggies in my mind which set them apart from everything else on the market.
Yes, I'm a huge fan of the screen on top as well. If they're not gonna have it on top they could've at least gone for a screen like on the Evic Mini.

Silver Lite incoming. Can they replace the fatally fragile printed plastic in my VF DNA40? emailed twice, no reply.
After a few weeks of Lite use I have a few issues with it.
First would be the chips step down, as battery voltage drops so does the chips output voltage, My battery this morning was just above 50% on the meter and output voltage dropped way down killing the performance.
Second would be the screen, way to dim for my liking, the font is not a favorite and when running in power mode I'd like to see the output voltage displayed big enough to actually see, the giant wattage number does me no good.
Other than that I generally like it, it's got a great shape and the battery door is very nice.
