No - I didn't mean to imply that wasn't yours just that I have seen that on WEB sites Forums and sales sites. I am quit confident that between lighting, digital cameras and the screen refresh rate (if that is applicable to OLEDs) your are not the first one to capture something that isn't really there.

Gosh now it sounds like I am challenging your sanity "Not really there". ;) What did you say you add to your juice. :D

OLED still has to refresh, and the cheaper displays like found on APVs aren't spec'd to refresh super fast, since it's just mostly static alphanumerics being displayed.

It's hard to keep up with this stuff now that I am out of the loop - so to speak.

Add 2 more people to the Vapor Flask Woes group. My buddy bought one and his charging port broke loose. I got one 4 days later and my display burnt out. I sent mine out for repairs 4 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything concerning the status of my repair. The VF is a beautiful mod. I just with the quality control was better.

Damn, for 300 bones these things should be bulletproof. Also, it shouldn't take a damn month for repairs. The clone is looking better and better.

No - you are not going off the deep end I probably was to intense with term "exactly". I really just meant the diagonal line vs the horizontal line digital artifact. :oops:

It should NOT take 4 weeks. I've had to send in my Flasks 2 different times for minor issues and both times i had them back in about a week. Message them on facebook. They respond quickly.

Mine has a slight nick, but I didn't notice it till a few days after I bought it. No complaints here. My flask is showing weak battery very frequently, even when they're fresh off the charger. Thoughts? Samsung 25rs and Sony vtc5s, authentic to my knowledge, matched pairs, both sets

Just saw a post on fb that the VF folks know there is an issue with the false "Weak Battery" message. They are now giving out loaners so you won't be without Flask when you RMA yours.

Check out Vapor Flask Owners group on fb if you haven't already. Preston Kight is the VF CS representative and is rather quick in responding to threads and/or PMs.

Yeah, Preston's really good at providing personal customer service to pretty much everyone who might be having an issue. Whether the issue is directly related or unrelated to the build of the VF itself, they have shown time and time again that their customer service really is superb. That alone justifies the price of admission IMO

I've said before and I'll say it again. The customer service at vapor flask is the best I've ever dealt with. They are genuinely concerned with customer satisfaction and will do whatever it takes to accomplish it. If Preston is on it it's as good as done. Same goes for Jamie. They are both top notch.

Have to agree. Obviously I'd prefer not having to send it back but they dealt with mine quickly and very efficiently. Most importantly, they actually communicate with you and let you know what is going on - something that a lot of the mod-makers that I've dealt with tend to be bad at

Honestly Provape is extremely good too. They aren't as fast, but they take care of you. We all probably knew that though. Kudos to vaporflask for replicating this kind of service (and maybe even improving it!)

Found out the deal with my flask. Apparently it was sent to me. On the 11th of February. They never emailed me with the tracking number. It was delivered on the 14th of February. Except it wasn't in my mailbox. Apparently it was dropped off in another one. I just found this out an my flask is gone. 300.00 gone. I will never purchase a Vapor Flask ever again. Their quality control and their communication to the customer sucks. Thank God I still have my Sharks.

Will your Credit Card people help you out with this? It sure would be worth the effort to call them and check.

Also there should have been some insurance on the package probably not enough to replace it but better than nothing.

Oh - Now that I think about it I believe I read of this happening to another individual and whomever they purchased from made it good. You might want to call them also.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune... that kind of thing really hurts.
