Day 16 and, according to USPS/local post service my repaired flask is either still in New York or on the world's longest flight to Europe. I really, really just want it to arrive
Where did you order your Flask? I asked UK Ecig store, and they told me their Flask, did not have the Celsius option. That one is important to me. I`m strugling to deside if I want a Flask or a Shark. The Flask is much nicer, and have a screen not placed out of sight. But is expencive. Do any of you know ma vendor in Europe who sell the Flask with Celsius option?Don't want to jinx it but closing in on day 2 of my repaired vapor flask, and it looks like this ones a winner... It has Celsius, fires all my mods, and left in the fridge for an hour and fired right up with no glitches
Looks like fifth times the charm

Is the Lemo good for nic200?

Remains my best Ni200-equipped atty by a looong mile. [emoji106] the massive deck + airflow makes it perfect for our gigantic coils.

I agree with Kiwi that said apparently not all Lemos are created equal. I had to do a little work on mine but once a couple of issues are taken care of it is the best atty I have.
You may have to add an o-ring to the 510 pin to raise it above the threads of the 510 connector and I had to clean the internal positive posts under the fill cap.
Can give more details if needed albeit I have post the instructions a couple of times and once today in another thread. So ask if you need more information.
That would have been great. I am happy with a link to what you wrote earlier. You don`t have to type it all over agin. Thank you again.
I don`t have a Lemo so far, but are gonna order one. Hope I get one with out fault then
Great recommendations for the Lemo w/ni200, Holman! Yeah I find that you really have to make sure that the 510 cap is screwed down tight against the main atty to get a good electrical connection.
I have my lemo built at .17 ohms, but occasionally I'll wake up my DNA 40 and it will have jumped up to .20-.22 ohms. I find that tightening down the 510 cap usually fixes this issue.
My Lemo also came with a recessed 510 pin and didn't make good connection, so I added a small Kayfun Fill screw O Ring to the 510 pin which helped it to stick out a bit and get a better connection.
All in all the lemo is a great ni200 atty IMO......just need to make sure you're getting a good connection between the 510 pin and the main atty....
Have you try track it via your local postal service website?
Yep, Hungarian Post don't have any more details than USPS. Just repeating the same info
Just got my Flask today! It's totally perfect in fit, finish, and function. Absolutely exceptional, and exactly what a $299 mod should be

Glad to hear it Rob!! (even though I already said so on FB)...
Doesn't it just feel perfect in the hand? And the performance is excellent....well worth the $$ for sure!!![]()
Sweet...290 is a bit lower than I usually go. I usually hang out around 400-420...sometimes 450 for my drippers...but hey, different strokes for different folks, right? The ergonomics of this thing is better than anything else I've used to this point. Now that I'm getting used to the temp control (im down to 290 now @20w btw), im finding that really impressive as well. I think it's time to rebuild the SQR with Ni200 and implement the matching tank and AFC ring![]()

if that's what's working for ya then that's excellent! I really love customizing the temp to whatever juice I'm vaping. And you can see everything that's going on with the screen mounted to the top like it is! Good stuff for sure...![]()
Fred,
It is not exactly in the realm of a "Fault". It is more the quirks of using Ni200. Any little resistance in any connects CAN cause the DNA40 to miss read or continually re-evaluate the coil resistance in error by assuming that the little resistance buildups in Atty connections are part of the total coil resistance. Here again this is not even a fault of the DNA40 just the DNA40 attempting to be as accurate as possible.
I will give you the quick "what I had to do with the Lemo" because I don't know where I last posted. Let me say this first if you like airy lung-hits you will love the Lemo. If you like an atty that handles the size of the coils required for Ni200 you will love the Lemo. If you like an Atty that is pretty much leak proof you will love the Lemo... etc.
OK here we go:
1. The Lemo 510 pin is slightly recessed and didn't make a great connection for me. So you take out the 510 connector screw and add a 1mm thick X 2mm diameter o-ring in the 510 port and put the center pin screw back in and torque it down good for a good electrical connection. After you do this the 510 center pin should stick up around 1/32 - 1/16 above the threads of the 510 connector.
2. Now this was mine and I don't know how many others had any difficulty in this area. That said wen you take the fill cap off you will discover that there are two posts one on the main body of the Atty and one on the fill cap. These post make the positive connection complete when you put the fill cap back on. It will make more sense when you have one in front of you. On mine I had to polish the two posts with steel wool to clean them so they would make a good electrical connection. They didn't look dirty or anything like that what I think is that they may have been case hardened and that process left a very thin oxide on the contacts. For me this made my DNA40 resistance jump around a little. Cleaning them eliminated the problem completely.
3. None of the potential problems I mentioned would be problems using Kanthal. But when you are building circuits down around 0.15 ohms it doesn't take much to upset the apple cart.
