I like the tobacco flavors that vapehut.com carries - the ones without other flavors added. I love RY4 when I want something sweet then tobacco but besides the tobacco flavor RY4 (now DK4 on some sites) has vanilla and caramel (just a small bit) added and that might not be what you want. Since you roll your own you might find the pipe and or cigar tabacco more to your liking.
You probably will save money and a bit of sanity by getting on a site that seems to have tobacco flavors that sound closest to what you want and order a tabacco sample pack if they have a specific one or if they make up custom sample packs where you pick your own flavors to sample you can make your choices from their menu.
Sample packs are a good way to go - you might get some in there you don't like the first time you try them but then as your taste changes with
vaping they are ones you like later. Remember that your leaving analogs behind and with
vaping your taste buds are going to come back to life and you will probably find yourself no longer liking the taste you did in analogs. You might also want to consider how much of a throat hit you are used to/like. Throat hit can partly come from flavor and the nicotine content and partly from the delivery device you use also. Many people, when they start, assume that the harsher flavors mean a better throat hit which is often the case with analogs - but not true with
vaping. Even a flavor as light and smooth as cream can give a good throat hit.
As your ability to taste improves you will appreciate have samples around to switch to if what you start with suddenly does not taste as good as it did on the first few days.
You will find if you decide take a plunge and try other flavors then strictly tobacco ordering a sample pack of those can help you narrow down your choices. I often write down a list of flavors that sound good when I read/listen to reviews and then when I gather up enough to get a 5 or 10 bottle sample pack choose form that list at a site that lets you pick your own choices in the sample. Most sample bottles are about 6ml so there is definitely enough of a sample to give you lots of vaping it.
Taste is very subjective and very individual to each person so its often hard to make a choice based on what other people say or even what is said about the flavor on the site selling the liquid or someone reviewing it. For example, your idea of what a Mocha tastes lie may be very different from the way it tastes for the 'chef' making the juice. Others may have taste closer to his and love that brand of mocha e-liquid while to you it tastes like it has too much coffee or too much chocolate in it.
If you chase a flavor and never can find what you want and that need stays with you you can always consider getting a DIY starter kit which will give you enough product (nicotine, - the PG and Vg - and a selection of flavors along with some bottles and other things you need. These kits - the one I like best is the starter from totallywicked.com but many places have their own starter kits and there are plenty of how to site with recipes for getting the right nicotine mgs you want in your juice and so on.. Just because its a starter kit it will still makes you a good amount of e-liquid. Then you can flavor your own and get just what you want. You can also save a lotof money making your own e-liquid.
