I've seen sales of up to 30% off, but those are normally only good for a few hours. If you catch a good sale you can negate the shipping and still save a little bit if you have a decent sized order.

I like V4L and the only thing that we have purchased there are juices. My husband is not big on variety. Even though I have ordered him different flavors from different vendors he ALWAYS goes back to his WOWboy Nobacco juice. It is his favorite, so we will continue to be V4L customers. I recently tried their WOWPeppermint and I have to say, I vape it all day and I was NOT a menthol smoker. I have to say, that if you get on their mailing list, they will send you some sort of discount to your email almost every day. The last order I placed, I got 21% off of my entire order. Also, I am fairly new to this but is $12.50 for 30ml expensive? I guess it doesn't matter since I doubt I will be able to get my husband to switch!!

Mattdog (guessing sir) been using v4l as my primary vendor for going on 8 months. Pretty sure out was a matter of misunderstanding with what you typed in the comments section.... They don't have sample juices available, but if you had asked for a sample carto one or two they would have kicked them in. While they may not be a "primary" juice vendor, they make certain flavors that are top notch. Wowboy (which was mentioned earlier) is one of those. It's a juice that is either loved or hated (which is a common theme with the great ones, boba's bounty has no middle ground in example).... Sorry you had a bad experience, but this possibly would have better addressed on their subforum...
