selling e-liquid with nicotine is illegal in Australia, you can only buy them from overseas - so if we put orders overseas for liquids we get the hardware from same places, it's easier

fishy ....??? i just put my reviews about the products I received ...anything wrong about it ?

Not even attempting to rectify the situation with the vendor and then publicly bashing them is wrong in my honest opinion. YMMV.

everybody is entitled to his opinion - i choose not to deal with suppliers that don't provide the quality I'm looking for - but that's me
and I didn't bashed them - I just posted the facts same way I've put nice reviews about products that were OK

An email to customer service would only take a minute - you've already spent far more than that creating this thread and responding.

It's possible they got a bum batch of batteries and didn't know. If anything, I'd want to contact them just so they KNOW, if nothing else. Five minutes spent emailing them could prevent someone else from having the same problem.

If you'd been the round with customer service and still took issue with the products or how it was handled, I wouldn't even be posting. Others have had issues with V4L and that's just a matter of opinion/individual circumstance. But to do absolutely nothing, and then claim it's all their fault... You haven't even given them the OPPORTUNITY to fix the problem. I mean, cripes, if it's that bad, you don't even want to send them an email to rip them a new one? Why come here to complain when you won't even complain to them directly?

Considering the money you said you spent, I wouldn't be letting it go without any action whatsoever. It suggests to me that we're not hearing the whole story.

Looks like bashing to me; you call it what you want ...

really cheapo crap

but all the products from V4L are crap (they are actually branded Vapor King) - and I mean all - from 4 batteries and 3 chargers , NONE is working.

V4L products are really low quality !

Maybe they send all crap overseas and good stuff locally

Especially considering that you won't even take a minute to pen an email to let them know that you had a problem. Nope, you came straight here to publicly flog them. The problem here isn't with V4L in my honest opinion.

Not only that, but all kanger (kr808) stuff is manufactured at the same factory. They tell kanger what they want, which results in custom batteries with longer cutoff times. They're the same quality as every other site that carries kr808 stuff. The only difference is the custom paint and cutoff times.

How were they supposed to know that they were going to stop working? This review is pointless to me. You received a defective product (which is bound to happen no matter who you order from) and didn't even give the supplier a chance to rectify the situation.

You don't even know if they would make you send them back...and honestly, I've dealt with v4l's customer service and they've been amazing to me. I'm still not sure why you continue to rant about how crappy they are. It seems like you're doing it for the attention.

I've gotta tell you all, I've ordered almost exclusively from V4L in the past, but will probably stop now -- 3 not-so-good experiences in a row and that's enough for me. I did send an email telling them they sent me the wrong product. Their response? Nothing at all for some time (can't recall now how long. maybe a week.) To my 2nd email, they said they'd "make it up to me on my next order." What? What is that supposed to mean? I asked and they said next time I ordered I'd get my replacement product. I decided not to put any more energy into arguing with them. I even placed another order later, also with problems. And they've never "made it up to me." This is a ridiculous way to run a business.

I've gotten top notch service from vapor4life. And for everything to be bad...those are pretty rare odds. I've never heard of a person deciding to just eat the loss and not ask for replacements. Pretty odd if you ask me

People defend vapor4life for a reason. They are doing something right.

I wish you the best of luck in your vaping endeavors. Next time something like this happens with another supplier, have the common courtesy to see if they can make it right first before resorting to a public rant. If you owned your own business, wouldn't you appreciate the same?

I always find it slightly odd that the person who rants and raves and complains the most is a new member with less than 25 posts, half of which are all negatively directed at vapor4life. Just saying.

I agree with the OP. Vapor4Life is like your first car....You're excitement to get behind the wheel blinds you from the fact you're driving a piece of crap. Seems people with relatively minor/inexpensive issues get taken care of. Larger, and more costly issues....you get the the run-around for a couple of weeks until you get frustrated, and just give up. It must be part of their new company policy or something. Bottom line is...LACK OF QUALITY CONTROL!

I don't get it. I've been vaping for...I don't know, a year and a half maybe. I started with Smoking Everywhere and a similar Gamucci product. Then I found Vapor4Life. Vapor4Life extinguished my frustrations with the other products and stabilized me as a vaper.

Since then I've ordered from countless suppliers, almost all of them excellent, but Vapor4Life is still my primary supplier. There has always been fantastic support from them, and from all of the users in the Vapor4Life sub-forum. I still order some juices from other suppliers, and I go elsewhere for mods as well, but for standard batteries, pass-thrus, cartomizers, and many of my favorite juices, V4L is the place.

As a long term customer, but not a single minded fan-boy, I'm baffled when I see negative reviews about V4L.

I just had an issue with the wrong juice being sent. I pmed Mark and within an hour he replied and said he'd immediately send out a replacement. The customer service is awesome. My only complaint with V4L is the inconsistent flavors. I fell in love with the Expresso and ordered 5 packs of cartos. They arrived and were unvapable because they tasted like the inside of my grandma's perfume bottle. :(

Peeps,

We should have the Espresso issue ironed out... When we get the WOW cartos in, PM me and we can work something out.

Thanks,

Mark

it has only been 10 days. Doesn't shipping to Australia generally take longer? Also, Isn't there a possibility that customs snagged it ?

since they invented planes shipping to Australia usually takes 3-4 days, we might be down under but not that down under ...
also, Customs do not snag them, not that I even know what that means ...

and since they never contacted me to let me know they were shipped or what they did I assumed story is forgotten - they just post here ,that they'll make it right, to make them look good but that's about it
I don't really care about the money lost, just makes me sad ....

Seriously? 3-4 days? Are you crazy?
From the way it sounds, V4L replaced your entire order.
There's $200-250.
And you're expecting some kind of crazy fast shipping to boot? Here are some references for US International rates. Let's say this package weighs 4 pounds. And all the times noted do not include time in customs.

Global Express Guaranteed (1-3 business days)

$98.00

Express Mail International (3-5 business days)

$46.00

Priority Mail International (6-10 business days)

$39.25

First class International (doesn't even say how long it will take, but with my experience with shipping, it's about 2 weeks.)

$30.35

Directly from USPS - Send International Packages

V4L went out of their way to try to make you happy, spending a lot of money in the process, and you're already complaining. Did you really expect them to spend the $100 in addition to the $250 already replacing your order?

also, Customs do not snag them, not that I even know what that means ...

Again, seriously? Living in Australia, you should know their opinion on e-cigs. I specifically remember an Asian supplier stating that they would not resend packages to Australia because of the high chance that they would be confiscated.

Seriously? 3-4 days? Are you crazy?
you have no idea what you're talking about both for shipping and for V4L
I buy and receive around 3-4 parcels every week, I believe I know better than you how long it takes for shipping from US to AU, so, get over it

Tasty Vapors - bought Friday afternoon - received Tuesday morning
VaporNine - bought Monday - received Friday
eCigSupply and LitecigUsa (both orders crap quality) bought Monday night received Friday
Smokestick - bought Tuesday night - received this morning

all were send USPS Priority Mail small flat rate box which costs only $13.50

as for AU Customs, they can't confiscate them, it's illegal - who says that is full of crap, importing nicotine products in AU is legal !

My point was not that I didn't received replacements, but they never even had the decency to email me about the issue.
V4L sells low quality products, their CS is the worst I've seen and that's the bottom line.
if you like them, go buy from them, but I am entitled to my opinion.
