everybody is entitled to his opinion - i choose not to deal with suppliers that don't provide the quality I'm looking for - but that's me
and I didn't bashed them - I just posted the facts same way I've put nice reviews about products that were OK
really cheapo crap
but all the products from V4L are crap (they are actually branded Vapor King) - and I mean all - from 4 batteries and 3 chargers , NONE is working.
V4L products are really low quality !
Maybe they send all crap overseas and good stuff locally
I just had an issue with the wrong juice being sent. I pmed Mark and within an hour he replied and said he'd immediately send out a replacement. The customer service is awesome. My only complaint with V4L is the inconsistent flavors. I fell in love with the Expresso and ordered 5 packs of cartos. They arrived and were unvapable because they tasted like the inside of my grandma's perfume bottle.![]()

it has only been 10 days. Doesn't shipping to Australia generally take longer? Also, Isn't there a possibility that customs snagged it ?
since they invented planes shipping to Australia usually takes 3-4 days, we might be down under but not that down under
also, Customs do not snag them, not that I even know what that means ...
