I carry one of the ubiquitous slim metal cases (holding a backup batt and atty and two carts) in my back pants pocket and an assembled 801 in my shirt pocket. The only thing that is somewhat cumbersome is the baggie filled with juice bottles in my right front pants pocket ... and that's just because I'm a variety nut, constantly shifting from one flavor to another. And that is something I was unable to indulge with analog smoking (although I did occassionally shove some menthols into my regular pack).
For me, those few extra items are a small price to pay for eliminating cigarette ashes and butts (let alone the immense improvement in enjoyment). If I had had an e-cig eons ago when I was in the Army, I'd never have had to field strip a cigarette.

right now I am do it over 8 flavor, 4 or 5 factory, the rest home made, and it is growing
When off to work I bring 2 chargers, 4 batteries, 2 spare new attys and one dripper atty along with the current atty in use, 2 extra carts, sm scissors, sm needlenose plyers, a sewing needle, 10mls 24mg cola, 10mls 36mg unflavored and several samplers of other flavors just in case.8-o That covers me for 12 hrs.
I now only need my small four AA square battery pack mod that is guaranteed to last me all day and a 3 ml bottle of juice to top up my cart with. .....Oh and obviously a spare atty.

Don't want to get caught with my Prodigy at work he he. Although I do bring it when I work nights sometimes.
That's why I love the JS... nothing's easier for a basic day out.
When I go to work I also take a Caselogic JDS-6 with my 510 and misc extras, because I sometimes don't make it home for a couple of days and it's nice to have options, but for basic out-and-about the Stick with a longer lasting 801 atty is just sooo easy.
I don't work so I just carry my USB passthrough to use in my car. When I went to my daughter in South carolina I took my meg charger for the car with 5 510 with extra atomizers and l bottle of liquid.
It is still a pain worrying about having a charged batteries, etc. and worrying something will break down and you will be without an ecig.

Maybe we should get the armed forces to step in. Think soldiers with no flicking of the lighter or light from a cigarette. Plus the LED can be disabled easily enough. Smoking wont just give them better lung capacity, it will aid in stealth missions!
But back on topic for the thread! I got a 510 w/PCC I carry that and a 10ml dropped bottle of whatever flavor I am vaping and that is it. No extra carts or batteries or anything else vapin related. And I have had this setup get me through a weekend, though I would not plan to have it last that long, I was being crazy frugal throughout that weekend.
And I am not a supplier, but I have some buddies that have their own clothing/pack company going on.

They pretty expensive, but very high quality/stylish product. IE Messenger bags built to look good, stand out in a crowd and handle life on a bike messengers shoulders. Actually now that I think about it, their stuff may be a bit much for e-cigs. *EDIT* They will do custom work since I doubt they have anything E-Cig specific. If someone Does go through them have Paul get a hold of me (Jerry aka LameBMX) I got some 10ml and 30ml bottle they could use for sizing etc. *EDIT*

lol 3 PTs at home, 2 at work, 1 in the car. I carry 4 PVs in my pocket, a paperclip and a small bottle everywhere I go. Extra batteries and attys are always near by as well. At least my JS and CALM have all interchangeable parts.
I've only owned one e-cig -- the Vapor King -- so my experience is limited. When researching my first purchase, the out-and-about-supplies were a big concern. That's what led me to the cartomizer-based pv. For a 12 hour day, I take a battery with cartomizer attached, my pcc with a battery and 2 cartomizers, and a AA battery case with 4 cartos in it. (I've never used all the cartos, but I don't want to run out!). I attached an image of the battery case.

I broke down and bought a Pelican case (http://www.pelican.com) from Amazon. I had promised myself I wasn't going to spend anymore money on PVs this month, but I couldn't resist after seeing another member from here with pictures of his..
I cut the foam inserts to fit my janty stick, a mini pipe, and a 510 (battery & atty). I love it. I bought an extra foam insert and cut it so that it fits just a single Janty Stick, an extra atomizer, and a 10ml bottle of liquid.
These should seriously be marketed for PVs. I can't imagine a more perfect setup. You cut the foam yourself so that it's a perfect snug fit, so nothing bounces around. It will definitely protect your stuff if accidently dropped.
At home I use a jewelry box of all things to keep all of my PV related stuff. It's absolutely perfect. Carts go face up in the ring holders and all of my other assorted attys and batteries fit perfectly. My ex never liked it and one day I was going through the closet and it hit me that it would be a perfect case for all of my supplies.

I know nothing about Pelican cases but see that they come in all sizes. Which one did you buy?
I'm still stuck at home recovering from a spinal fusion, but when I go back to work (12 hour shifts), I'm already prepared. I have a small carrying case desgined for portable hard drives and in it I keep a PCC with USB cable, USB passthrough, extra atomizer, 15 ml bottle of juice in a small prescription pill bottle (to help prevent leaks), a small USB charger, USB cig lighter adapter, blank cart for dripping, and a paperclip. Oh, and a fully assembled 510 with 1 spare battery. I modded my PCC to also work as a "box mod" so even if I lose a 510 battery or both, I'd still be able to vape all day so long as the PCC is charged.
I'm on the road a lot, when in the car I usually have Prodigy 801, a PT w/kensington batt and a JS for stealth vaping outside the car. In the air I usually have 3-4 complete KB's, a JS and anywhere from 10cc - 30cc of liquid.
