There are several ways to consume tobacco or nicotine by inhalation. We prefer the ecig / vaping option here because that is what ECF is about, and it is normally going to have the biggest risk reduction compared to cigarettes. It's worth looking at the other options though, as there is often misunderstanding about them. In particular, it should be noted that heating tobacco via HnB or solid-material vaporizers is not burning / combusting it, so there will be some measure of risk reduction compared to smoking a cigarette.
