Vaporizor Devices in Bahrain

The e-smoking technology has evolved a lot, many units are made of durable materials, require little maintenance, aimed to last for long.
In Bahrain and other surround countries, the e-smoking state is confusing, some say it is banned by the law, but units are sold in market, rarely the decent type: rechargeable batteries, voltage adjustment features.

Anyone aware of vendors of the above in Bahrain?
Anyone tried to buy them online recently and were able to receive the item?
