We ordered 50$ worth of juice overtwoweek's ago that isn't shipping...payment took out of my bank tryed calling and emails with no response, holding I get some kind of answer

Call the 800 # on the back of your credit card and tell them the problem. They will contact the seller and if they're not satisfied your stuff is on the way to you they will refund your money.

That the order is at the address of there shop....meaning its made but not shipped if I'm right almost 3 weeks on moneday
