Thank you for your interest in our products and for reaching out to us with your concern. We are very much aware that there are currently some issues with the paint on the DNA200. We have taken proper action in correcting this internally and will be providing a resolution to all customers who are dealing with this issue with their devices. We will be offering a case replacement that will be completely covered under your devices warranty. At this very moment we won't be able to fulfill this as we don't currently have the parts available to do so. Feel free to use your device in the mean time with confidence that this matter will be resolved and contact us further down the line as we estimate that we will have replacement cases available in approximately 2-3 weeks. We thank you for your patience and understanding with this matter and for your support throughout this ordeal.
I also want to make you and the community aware that we are taking the proper measures to correct this issue. All of our current inventory has been shipped back to manufacturing and will receive brand new casings along with more detailed Quality Control. We want to ensure that all of our customers receive the absolute best device that is up to our high standards. Due to this manufacturing issue we will not receive devices for a period of 3 weeks. As soon as the devices arrive at our facility we will begin to fulfill orders in the manner which they were received.
