They've been using the same paint job for over 2 yrs. I have it on my DNA200 and it looks great after 2 yrs. I do have a sharkskin on it when I take it out and I've been using it almost every day. My rDNA40 still looks great after 3 yrs and I use it at least weekly. The only issue is the fire button finish is worn off but it looks like it was changed with the DNA200.

I'm gonna have to pick one of these up.

my rDNA 40 still works great after over 3 years daily use but the paint is gone in a FEW spots ;) glad to hear you dna200 is holding up well KTM! soon as the price on these drops i'm in! freakin Canadian dollar ;)
My rdna40 looks terrible after 4 years but I still love it and use it. The paint on the 60 looks much better. No paint chip whatsoever.

I've read they sorted out the finish issues :) soon as there's a good sale i'll be picking one up, my all time favorite! I work road construction and it's held up to the beating it has received daily for 3+ years.. so the rDNA 60 should be even better ;) cheers.

I already have more than enough mods (20 Evolv mods). DNA40, DNA75, DNA75C, DNA200, DNA250. I don't have any DNA60's so I'll wait for a sale too. I recently got 2 Lavabox M DNA75 for $40 ea and they're pretty close to the rDNA40. I'm moving away from the DNA200 and DNA250 mods as they use Lipos and the batteries only last about a year. The 18650 is so much easier and cheaper to replace and I'm getting lazy :).

i figured VS would eventually release the rDNA 60w. as for me, i already had the rDNA 40 just laying around so i figured i'd just upgrade the old 40 board inside rather than buying another rDNA mod. i built this back in December of last year. EScribe and wireless charging do work.

as for VS's rubberized finish over the years, VS has made some improvements but the finish still has it's weak points, mainly the sharp corners of the mod. basically, if you own a VS mod, make sure you buy a silicone sleeve or wrap for it.
