Iam not saying blow it right in peoples faces lol I would agree that is rude. But to not do it or to try and hide it seems like a bad idea, if we are going to treat it like a real cig then we might as well just stick with them.
To me the whole point of a e-cig is to be able to smoke it where I cant smoke a real one, the health issues is a extra bonus but really isn't my main concern. I know that sounds kinda stupid but I really dont care that real cigs are bad for me, I just want to smoke and the main reason for me wanting a e-cig is because of real ones being banned everywhere.
So to treat it like a real one just seems counter productive, sometimes forcing a issue like this to a courtroom is the best way to handle it. It would be hard for them to justify banning a product that only has a bi-product of water. Anyone who would find it rude to fight for there rights has a backwards view of what freedom is, these are products that emit no second hand smoke and no health hazard to anyone around us. There for it does not impede on anyone's life, liberty, or pursuit for happiness. So to ban a product that has no negative effect on anyone around them would be unconstitutional and would break our freedom of expression, and maybe you don't take that seriously, but I do. Anytime you allow them to take a right away is just another blow to what this country stands for, and if you find that to be rude then maybe you need to really think hard about what freedom is, what it took to get it, and what it takes to keep it. At least in the USA, as I'am sure that you have members on here not from the USA. I'am sure not everyone will agree with my opinions, but that's the way I feel about it.
Sorry for my rant... it happens,
