variable wattage stuck! DNA 30

HI, and here is another question i beg for assistance with.
I got my Nvape tanks working on my Cloupier, and have been very happy. Tonight, the wattage display has got stuck on 18 watts, with the decimal figure flickering madly between zero and nine. I am unable to adjust the wattage up or down?
Any suggestion please?

Did you try pulling the battery and letting it sit for a while before putting it back?

i did pull the battery but only for ten seonds or so. will pull for 30 mins now. TY vm!!!

Unfortunately this has not worked.#I have inserted a new battery and charging that to full to see if that helps
