Body: Sigelei Telescope (Converted to full mech with improved switch)
Atty: Phoenix V3
Battery: 18350 1200mAh TrustFire
Charger: TrustFire TR-001

Okay so I just sold my vv350 Chrome unit along with it's vivi nova tank and 2 18350 Efest 800mAh batteries which used to last me a full 2 days even wen heavily vaping. What I need help with is how do I last the same time without bringing a million batteries with me?
What's the best battery for this type of mod?
How long should the charge time be with 18350 trustfire on the tr-001?
What's better? 2 18650s or several more 18350s? Although it's nice for stealth vaping, I don't like it when the voltage drops after a few hours.
What's a good build for the Phoenix V3? I want good flavor and a lot of vapor equally but I don't wanna look like a car's exhaust.

AW IMR batteries keep a pretty level voltage until just before dropoff, and I suspect Efest does as well. The key may be having a telescope mod and both sizes of batteries. An 18650 will give you a nice long vape time and a spare 18350 will cover any backup needs when you're out and about, or vice versa. Flexibility will let one mod serve many purposes. Don't forget that a fuse for safety in mechanical mods is a good idea. Good luck!

How long in average does an 18650, 18490 and an 18350 battery last? I was thinking I'd just get a couple of 18490 but I was worried it would only last half a day or so even if I carry an extra, it could mean I would need to buy more extras. I'm trying to minimize my expenses as much as I can without compromising my experience and enjoyment.

What's this fuse you're talking about and how is it used?

I noticed you never mentioned TrustFire batteries. Are AW and Efest the best brands there are? If so, I'd probably sell my TrustFire batteries and buy Efest or AW ones while mine are still brand new to keep the price close to SRP.

The actual mah of the battery is an indicator of how long you can vape, approximately 1 hour per 100 mah. Using that guideline, an 800 mah battery should last approximately 8 hours of vaping. This will vary depending on how much you vape and what type of atomizer/cartomizer you use. I get a full day from an 18650 AW IMR, and a half day from a 18350.

That said, Trustfire are known to have overstated mah, so possibly 2/3 of the stated mah should be used. They are not bad batteries, but I understand AW and Efest IMR batteries not only have somewhat safer chemistry but also use the top grade cells internally.

Fuses provide short circuit protection should you have a battery issue, shutting down your device before any damage can occur. Even protected battery circuits can fail, so this protection is a good idea in a mechanical mod. This is the best deal for one I've seen, and it resets so it can be used many times - ShortStop by Holocron Labs (These don't work in non-mechanical devices with variable volt circuitry)

Then this furthers my decision in selling my current 18350 TrustFires or trading them for Efest or AW batteries. Regarding the fuse, I'm not sure where to get those locally yet. I'll ask around.

Should it be okay charging other brand batteries in my TrustFire TR-001?

What about the build for Phoenix V3? Can anybody give me some advice for that?
