my favorite flavors are from thevaporroom.net and you can select 100% vg if you want and i have been thinking of trying it...never vaped anything over 50% vg but they offer 75/25 or 100 percent vg and i think ill throw a bottle of 100vg in next time i order...they say they hand make each bottle they send out to you and i am crazy about their flavors compared to the 80% pg ones i was getting before they are just not good to me anymore after trying the 50/50 mix...i am big on fruit flavors tho or sweet flavors not coffees or tobacco flavors at allll but yeah i had always read the flavor and TH was in the pg and im glad i caught this thread to see some suggesting otherwise

Velvet Cloud probably has the richest, smoothest and easiest to vape eliquid that I have found so far that is 100% VG - no allergy reaction. There is no harsh alchohol throat hit (I HATE that). I would love to know where they've sourced their flavors from.

When asking a vendor; better to ask if it's pg-free instead of 100% vg. Like you said, 100% vg isn't always the same as pg-free, since pg is often in flavorings. 100% vg often just means the base is vg.

I think VCV makes most of their own flavorings themselves.

And here's the thread I was looking for on Velvet Cloud. I've had my eye on them for awhile. I'm in the market for a custard - I have CLS on order - and I was wondering about VC's. Night Shift was another candidate, reviewed well here. Thanks for the info

VANILLA CUSTARD -
So I loaded this one up today and it is another winner. This is exactly what I want from a vanilla custard--only slightly sweet with an understated vanilla taste. It is really eggy and rich. At 5v on my eVic I get a mouthful of flavor and an awesome cloud of vapor. I am putting this one right up there with Night Shift as a must have in my rotation. In fact, I have been switching back and forth between the two all day and haven't touched my Ahlusions Cafe au Lait (my ADV).

Any other impressions?

I ordered the Burly Beard tobacco as a gift for a friend who was vaping only unflavored nic. she said that she really loved smoking and is glad that she gave it up, but loves tobacco. i picked this one because she didn't want any other flavors, just tobacco. I hope it isn't like cigar or pipe. can anyone weigh in?

Thank you! I actually ordered with VCV because of your review. I am trying out their unflavored nic base as well and asked for a sample for their peach tea... looking forward to trying them!

They're my only vendor at the moment. Harvest berry, mewlew, burley beard, night shift and now sour skittles can be an ADV for me. As much as I would like to venture out and try every thing every vendor has, everything I've tried from then have has been delicious. The hand written notes they include are a very nice touch as well.

They're supposed to be coming out with new flavors once they get settled into their new place. Can't wait!

It's a very slightly sweet fresh tobacco vape with almost grassy or tea like undertones. Kinda how a fresh pack of smokes smells. I really enjoy it. Nothing like the burnt ash tray USA tobacco blends I've had before. Their blue beard and ice beard are great as well. It's best to let them steep at least a week to let the flavor really come out, Imo.

My friend lives in Cali, but I am having then send to me and then i will send to her ago it can get a long steep. Does anyone know when their move will be finished? I ordered on the 5th and it still shows as unfulfilled. I'm thinking that they are probably in the thick of it right now... I did know that they were moving before ordering and was expecting to have a longer wait though (just hard to contain excitement).

I went to a vape store in San Antonio, Thanks For Vaping, yesterday for the first time and they were carrying VCV juices. I picked up 30mls of Night Shift, Vanilla Custard, and Berry Harvest. I love instant gratification! It was a nice store too.
