Vendors with free shipping

Sometimes i don't need or want $55-$85 worth of supplies/juice in order to get free shipping, thats when i LOVE vendors that offer free shipping no matter what. I am still very new to the PV community and have only noticed Crystal clear vaping offer free shipping regardless of the purchase amount.

So my question is, what vendors offer free shipping whether it be for supplies or juice? This would be especially helpful when i want to purchase a few cartomizers/atomizers or whatever. Or to start sampling new juice from a vendor that I have never purchased from.

I typically do no purchase from a new juice supplier if i do not get some incentive, either free sample or what not w/ purchase because i hate paying for shipping and paying for a sample when I am unsure if their product is good or not.

There are not many these days. Crystal Clear Vaping has free shipping on all orders (but is a boutique-type supplier with only a limited selection ... of some really great stuff).

Rocky Mountain Vapor has a larger selection of the classics, but not much new (shopping at RMV is like a trip in the WABAC Machine to 2009) ... and still has free shipping for orders over $14. Low-cost supermarket Good Prophets (which has kept up with the times better) still has free shipping for $30+ orders.

Other low-cost supermarket suppliers, like Liberty-Flights, LiteCigUSA, and MadVapes, have low shipping costs.
