I'm italian, maybe my culture is different from your and we vaping easy (not really all).
I repeat, maybe it's a different culture but i hate the extremism.

I'm not a super subohm/high watt vaper but if I may ask in the most courteous way, does it really matter how others vape? Hate is a very extreme word especially when it's about something that doesn't affect you. Aren't we all vapers?

And at this point in time I think we have enough external enemies, segregating into groups amongst ourselves can only do more harm than good.

If you're working with any vaping related batteries you should get into the habit of finding your ohms law variables on each device and atomizer set up and how the amp draw is effecting your battery.

Also you want clean connections all the time.

Everyone else posted good info for you too.

Then, if i knowed that my post would caused that consequence maybe i don't would wrote.
I simply say that extreme sub-ohmming it's a short circuit and stop!

Look my post, i hate the practice not the vaper in general.
And if my opinion is different from your not mean is wrong.

Some people like extremism. They race cars and motorcycles, jump out of planes, swim in icy water, etc.

Yes, but if the biker hurt itself, for example, it's aware of risks. Many vapers don't know the basics of electronics and maybe damage itself without know why.

I think people who dont sub ohm are foolish for not taking full advantage of the capabilities of the hardware they have. Why would you be content with yesterday vaping equipment of shallow flavor and whisps of vapor when you can get so much more kinda like horse riders scoffing at a Ford driving buy calling it a fad............................

I dont really think or believe any of this I just wanted turn the tables on you so you can see how it feels. While there is mostly a friendly rivalry between tootle puffers and sub ohm vapors at the end of the day we are all vapors. We all face the same scrutiny from the media and ANTZ we have the same goals not to smoke so lets at least have tolerance for the next guy and not down someone for being different that you. Ok Im now climbing back down off my soap box

I guess I just don't understand. Personally I don't care how others vape, but if that's something you need to occupy your time with by all means proceed it's your right to do so. I just have more pressing things to worry about.

And I'll leave it at that.

Heat is the enemy of batteries. The lithium battery has been around for about 100 years. Lithium makes a great battery, but lithium is unstable. The newer "safer chemistry" batteries are a fantastic improvement, but if pushed too hard, they, too, will get to the point of thermal runaway, and, when that happens, there's nothing you can do but get the heck away from it.

As others have said, as long as the gases can escape, the worst that will happen is that anything exposed will get scorched/burned. If trapped, they'll be released violently, with horrible consequence.

And not to get too far off topic, but.

Then, if i knowed that my post would caused that consequence maybe i don't would wrote.

I understand what you're saying.

Extreme sub-ohm vaping can be compared to any risky activity.

There are a LOT of sub-ohm vapers on this forum, and the vast majority of them know their equipment inside and out, they understand the risks and know how to minimize them, and they know what the obvious dangers are and how to avoid them.

Every once in a while we get a vaper on the forum that posts something along the lines of "I bought this RDA and some 22 gauge wire, how do I wrap a monster coil and blow sick clouds".

I don't hate them, I am worried for them. I don't want anyone to get hurt, but sadly, there are a lot of folks that see something cool on YouTube and they want to emulate that behavior without understanding anything about what sort of work and knowledge is required.
