Boge are the most popular. Smoktech's are the second. Ikenvape are really good, so I hear, but really hard to get. I tried boges, smoktech and kanger horizontal coil cartos, one box of each, to see what I liked best. I like the Kangers best and smok the least, but thats just me. Shrug. I'd suggest getting a little of everything that interests you and find out what you like best. Taste is subjective and some ppl taste buds are better than others. It makes it hard to say whats best for you. Try as many as you can.
Happy vaping!!!

ValleyViewVapes have some nice tanks. I love my pyrex tank with purple caps. They have caps in many colors. Next i'm getting an IBtanked tank and a phiniac. Pyrex can be pricey but worth it. It's durable, won't crack due to juices, and looks nice. Smoketech tanks are cheap but only there cartos fit best in them. I have a few of theres and using other cartos in them is a pain, specially if you punch them yourself.
Happy Vaping

Well since I'm getting tired of dealing with wicks and wicking issues with my vivi nova mini, I've decided to jump into cartotanks. Can anyone recommend which one I should buy?

Hello, NakiFantaki. If you take the time and learn how to prime/fill a cartomizer properly, I can assure you, the cartotank juice delivery system will afford you a better vaping experience than you are currently having with the clearomizer juice delivery system.

The juices, which you are currently vaping will take on a new flavor. They will pop, if you will, for a lack of a better term. Like anything else worth doing, take your time when filling the carto and you will be rewarded two fold.

For your first cartotank, I would highly suggest the IBTanked tanks. Why? . . . IBT offers the consumer an excellent high quality product at an incredibly low price, as compared to their higher priced counterparts. Afterwards, if you decide that cartotanks are a good fit for you, and you will, then you can splurge and buy some of the fancier styled tanks.

I love vaping and I like nothing better than to see others trying different things to expand their knowledge and to improve upon the quality of their vaping experience.

Is a cartotank hard to fill?

A little time consuming at first, but once you learn the methodology it only takes a few minutes to fill the carto and then the tank, only a minute to refill the tank after vaping a tankfull. What is key is to properly pre-fill the carto before putting it into the tank, and then fill the tank with the carto only half way in the tank. Don't fill the tank with the top cap removed, as this can cause the cartomizer to become flooded with too much juice.

I have a step-by-step guide with videos on how to set up a cartotank in my blog: E-Cigarette Forum - Baditude - Blogs

There are also helpful articles in the blog including a review of the IBTanked and a large list of vendors that sell pre-punched cartomizers for cartotanks, among others.

I really like these Texas Tuff Tanks™ - Tuff PRO3. $7.99, made of polypropylene so they stand up to every juice I've thrown at them, and very easy to refill. They also make my favourite juice, Buttery Nipple.

The best punch I've used to date, hands down: Siam Mods Stainless Steel Carto Punch v2.

Best deal for cartos I've found: Boge Mix'n'Match (5 Box).

I've order numerous times from each of the vendors above and have been very satisfied with shipping times and customer service.

Hmm...are those ibtankeds gunna look to big on my ego twists?

Sent from my HTC VLE_U using Tapatalk 2

Yes, I use the 19mm xl IBT tanks with my ego-c twist. The tank itself is a bit larger in circumference than the ego. However, I use an ego cone adaptor, which blends the tank into the ego nicely. This is my running around/back up set-up.
