Hello i wanted to know if you have to be verified to use the pif small item swap page, i have some cig-a-like cartomizers and other items id like to swap.

The PIF threads have stickies or first posts(can't remember which) that explain all the rules. I keep meaning to check them out. I do have some gear I'm not using.
