Nothing from China Post at all, bummer. I was hoping it would show something about being in Customs or something showing it had arrived in China. I think your SB is on that proverbial slow boat to China. :(

Unfortunately, I suspect you are wrong. My SB was probably more likely to be on a (sail) boat which has taken a detour far away from China. Most likely it went to Africa first, (after being nearly lost in a dangerous storm), then Australia via Paris, then Cape Canaveral, and then they decided it should go to another planet. But the question is - which galaxy? Does anyone here work for NASA? NASA may have a more accurate tracking number.

If it was sent first class you won't see any additional tracking info. I sent something to Czech Republic and it never arrived. I contacted USPS and they told me no tracking for international 1st class beyond it's original departure place. The only way to track is items sent international priority.

The tracking number is the article number, even priority international doesn't have tracking. Article numbers get to the first hub and that's where it stops being 'trackable' think they do that to show that it was at least shipped. Sadly, that's the reason why it's $30-$40 cheaper than EMS. With EMS you can track it, I would suggest opening up a ticket. We havent received the package back, we've had a total of two rejected by select countries in the past and returned back. But this would be a first for disappearing.

You suggest opening up a ticket. I don't know what this means.

Hi Rob, Tyler, anyone at AltSmoke. I'm only posting this here because I'm not getting any reply through the ticket thing. And I tried to PM Rob but it failed.

I was told you will send my order again but I would have to pay for EMS shipping.

As I already told Tyler (twice), the cost of shipping could be covered by not reshipping the 5 packs of cartos and one battery. That should be more than enough to cover EMS shipping.

In other words I just want my SB, one charger and two batteries.
