Yeah, I'm going to cut back on the Koolada next time, and use vanilla flavoring instead of juice. The vanilla is barely perceptible but it did help smooth it out and adds a nice little something![]()
I add vanilla to many of my mixes, I have Vanilla Bourbon, Madagascar vanilla, french vanilla, bavarian cream and vanilla swirl. It depends what the base is, and sometimes I use 2 or 3 different ones at different strengths. A lot of time you can't identify vanilla as an added flavor, but it gives a fullness and a richness that just makes it for me.
