We all know PG dehydrates the body, but what about VG? If left exposed to the air, VG will absorb a significant amount of moisture from the air - perhaps more so than PG. Doesn't that make VG the more dehydrating of the two?

if VG absorbed significant amounts of moisture from the air, an open bottle would fill itself up absorbing water... humidity where I live is 90%+ most of the time this part of the year and the open bottle of VG I have hasnt increased in volume what so ever....

Have you tried putting the VG in a container with a large opening? A narrow opening might limit the amount of absorption.
