So after some research and deciding that VG was better (less allergic reactions etc) I have been steadily vaping away on 100 VG but have noticed some monster headaches.. trying to pinpoint it..

- Nic level too high? (18mg)
- Dehydrated?
- Body's reaction to not smoking for 2 weeks after 20 years of daily punishment?

Anyone else had this? Any help appreciated..

In other news, damn I haven't smoked for 2 whole weeks...

High nicotine is usually the culprit in regards to headaches BUT it could also be a result of quitting smoking, dehydration or a sensitivity to VG. Seeing A's you're 2 weeks without analogs I don't see withdrawal A's the reason. I have MANY allergies but vape 60/ 40 PG/ VG without any issues. Even most start at 18 or 24 Nic I seen cases where even 18 was too high.

when i started vaping i had to go 100% VG and it dried me out so much i had to learn what my T zone was and i had to start moisturizing it.

the headaches are probably because you are not getting your daily recommended dosage of dont give a crap. if your ears are ringing too then it might be the nicotine, thats usually the first sign.
