OK so this might seem a little off topic, but I have a piece of advice. Try a neutral background when making videos. A picture of a well known Republican ex president might signal a political affiliation.

I just wanted to make clear that the only reason your posts were removed is because they were duplicates and while I know it is frustrating you cannot post URL's until you hit the magic number, it is because participation is key in the forum. One of your first posts (in another thread) offered information that was ecig related and it was much welcomed.

If you have something to say and you cannot post links... simply put spacing in between the www and put in dot instead of a (.) Members will follow behind you and post links for you.

I know it's a pain, but it does keep spammers out and does help keep the integrity of the forum so I do hope you understand.

I kept one of your posts in this thread live so others could see what was being posted so they could make see that my judgement call was not to edit you, but to keep the rules of the forum alive.

You know what? I'm sick of the way that black is being painted as white and white is being painted as blue on this issue.

Here are the facts.

#1 We have a product that works better as a cessation device than any cessation device on the market, but we are not allowed to call it a 'cessation device'.

#2 We have a product that is safer than any tobacco product on the market but we are not allowed to describe it as 'safer'.

Now you tell me. What kind of bullscrap is that? What kind of world could possibly allow such a travesty of truth to take place?
I call it bs of the highest order. And Mr Banzasshoffcrap can quote me too!!

Just kidding. Actually, I think that sums the situation up quite nicely, PlanetScribbles....

...except for

3. We have a product that helps people refrain from smoking, and Anti-smoking organizations don't want people to use it.
4. We have a product that eliminates lung-damaging tar and other pollutants, and the leading lung health organization doesn't want people to use it.
5. We have a product that can drastically reduce exposure to carcinogens and toxins, and the leading cancer organization doesn't want people to use it.
6. We have a product that has already helped thousands lower their blood pressure and cholesterol (because they quit smoking) and the leading cardiovascular health organization doesn't want people to use it.
7. We have a product that has been in general use for over 2 years in Europe and a year in the US with no serious adverse effects, and the FDA prefers that people use drugs with black-box warnings or nicotine-replacement products with an 85-95% failure rate.

If you had spent 10+ years being governed by Tony B-liar, you would understand how us brits feel about spin and lies. We've had it with that, we just want some truth to shine thru the smog now

You have got to be kidding me. When people see me with my e-cigarette the first they say isn't "Hey that's bad because it's being sold to kids." No. It's the "It's got antifreeze in it and they say that it's worse then regular cigarettes." PLEASE tell me we aren't putting our hopes in and association that substantiate the two. People aren't currently talking about the advertising to kids, they are screaming about the dangers. Any person can see this. You need to address the issues that people are concerned about and at this particular time it's the dangers that the FDA has planted in peoples head. I think that the dangers which are currently running rampant has a priority over the advertising to kids which right now isn't even on the general public's radar. When it does show up is when that should be addressed. The public needs to be educated about the dangers or lack there of because that is what they are screaming about. I haven't heard anyone talking about the advertising to children. Only the dangers. All news stories talk about dangers not the advertising. The ECA needs to get with the program because according to my favorite movie. You guys are leading Jack .... and Jack left town. -Army of Darkness

Yes the first thing that people say to me about my pv is about the antifreeze statement that the FDA put out

Nobody has ever said jack about selling to children

When i first became interested in the ecig one of the sites that come up
in a google search is the ECA the first thing you get on there site is donate a few thousand bucks to us .Then you find out that they are a group that lobby's for the manufacturers of the ecig not the consumer

Now today i joined the ECF they are supposed to represent the consumer
for the same reason i joined the NRA because they are supposed to represent me the consumer of the product that i believe in and are going to fight for it's continued existence

And i am in agreement about the statement about the ECA
they are leading jack S*** and jack left town (one of my favorites to)

To little to late and with the force of a fart in a hurricane
And they are not representing the views of me the consumer

I hope that i'm making the right decision joining the ECF
because me and a lot of other people USED to belong to the AARP

But when alot of us found out they supported the anti gun lobby and there candidates
We all quit and denounced them (that didn't get much press either)
