Probably right on the out of stock ... since chinese new year some things are hard to get right now....
Most stock should be replenished by now, and if not by this week... though quality control seems to be a possible issue, making my statement about returns doubly-important.
Do the purple T3s match too? I was thinking of finally trying those, though I wouldn't stick with one since I drip, I'd give it to my GF if they are Ok.
ETA: The metal-body ones, not the translucent T3.
LMAO. Sorry about that - but it is important to know your batteries! Bottom line: get a quality charger (e.g. XSTAR are popular) and get an "IMR", or - when appropriate - a protected ICR (not suitabable for voltage boost devices, those that go above 3.7 [or 4.2 fully charged]) - battery and you should be OK. Mod is pretty much synonymous with "APV" or Advanced personal vaporizer. It's not all that complicated once you understand a few things about them. I'd be glad to help.

Maybe. I've bought from VC and their products are authentic, but I've never had a Spinner, so I don't know all the features.

Got three Spinners here (2 @ 1300, one @ 900), and all three have a chrome adjust ring. Even the one that's a different color

I like my Vision Spinner as well. 1100mah only has 4 voltage indicators labeled by dots on the bottom, they could have at least added dots in .1 intervals for some more precision. Survived its first drop the other day off the counter yesterday.
I use an Innokin MVP with Smoketech 6 ml dual coil cartos. I love this set up so much I have 6 of the cartos. I also have a spinner and my wife has taken it from me and calls it her own.
I have an Artemas on my MVP, and just ordered a couple slim tanks to go on my Spinners.
While I really like the MVP, it is a bit big and heavy for "out and about" vaping, so I don't expect to retire my Spinners any time soon.
