Yes, it's burbling like crazy. I can clear that out some what but it was still stiff. It is a little better now. I ran a paperclip up through the bottom. Are the 2 holes on the sides of the battery connector supposed to be open? Mine appear to be blocked completely by something.

Hm. OK, it's obviously flooding on you, first off. How full do you have it? Try filling it only half way, blow it out real good, and see if that works... Let's see if your stiff draw is because of flooding, or something else.
Yeah, the holes are not open on my good one either, so that's nothing to worry about.

I only put 3ml in so it's not overly full. Not sure what it was but since running a paperclip up through the bottom it is working MUCH better. It's pretty much stopped gurgling too. It had to be something more than just flooding that was making it hard to draw cause I'm telling you, it was REALLY hard to draw. Even off the battery it was bad. I think I might be good to go now. Thanks for the replies.
I think it might have been the inner seal. I had that happen to one of mine - though in my case I actually made it happen by pushing the center pin all the way through accidentally. It can block the airflow if it's dislodged for some reason. Anyways, glad it's working for you now.

After using it most of the day I got home and filled up a new flux. The vision grand is still a lot tighter than the flux. I thought I read a review somewhere and it was mentioned that the vision grand had an airy draw. It is what it is I guess.
I was finally able to get this thing working. The coil was holding the wick down over the vent hole extremely tight. I pushed the coil side to side and was able to loosen it up a bit. I left the wick/coil pushed to the side, away from the vent hole and it works TONS better.
I took mine apart for the first time yesterday, and my coil is a bit to one side already, which explains the lack of stiffness you see. All good info here!
