hi all i'm just starting out and i'm looking for a VV but dont know what good, I have heard about the ego twist, kgo VV with lcd screen and now this one. which one is good and a better deal? please help thanks

Welcome! I have been vaping for a year or three and bought my first VV several months ago: the Twist. My first Twist was mortally wounded when I dropped it 2 feet from the couch on to the carpet causing the button to jam at an angle. I disassembled it and reset the button every day or two for a few weeks before it finally quit. The second Twist died last week when the black internal wire came loose from the circuit board. I went to GV to order yet-another replacement and saw the Spinners. Mine arrived yesterday, sat on the charger last night and I am vaping on it as I write.

The Spinner is very, very nice. I suspect the build quality is better than the Twist. Certainly, the voltage setting on the Spinner is *MUCH* easier to read. Whoever designed the Twist markings wasn't thinking too clearly.

Look around and you will see that it is not hard to wrap up $100 in a VV setup. For dipping your toe in the water, the Spinner is a great place to start.

What's still missing? In my opinion, two things are still needed:
1. An LCD "fuel gauge" showing charge levels
2. A USB charging port for charging while vaping

I don't know how many times I was running out the door and was unsure if the battery would last while I was out. A charge-o-meter readout would reduce that uncertainty.

Any time I set the device down to charge, I am thinking about vaping and am annoyed that I cannot vape. When I don't think about vaping, I don't charge the battery. It is cruel that the times I jones the most are when I cannot use the battery. I keep a spare around for that very reason, but it would be nice to charge while vaping, even on a short or long road trip.

Try out the Spinner. You will probably like it.
