Visit to V4L

Hey y'all,

I made a visit to V4L yesterday and I gotta say that the whole crew there is just as friendly as anyone could expect them to be. I was on a trip from FL to WI and had no contact with them beforehand because of the holiday weekend. It was sorta a last minute decision to stop there, and while talking to them, just 2 hours away, they were more than willing to accept our visit Every person there was so nice and seemed happy to see my wife and I, despite the backlog of orders they had to catch up on. So if anyone didn't get a shipping conformation yesterday it was all my fault...sorry. Everyone works really hard over there to make all of us happy. So when things don't go perfect for you giv'em a break. I know most of you do.

And I have to say, this was very impressive to see the whole thing there. There were people all over the place. And I felt like a little kid in a candy store, there was so much stuff that I wanted to get but the trip was taxing us in itself so I had to behave myself and just tried a few things we haven't had yet. The new batts rock, Wowboy is just WOW, the pink lemonade that I didn't care for before is awesome now. And of course we can't forget the goodies they sent us away with the peppermint...mm mm good, to say the least
You know, Mark couldn't let us leave without making sure we had a passthru that we could use in the car, complete with an appropriate car charger to power it, Thanks Mark, the rest of the trip was better than the whole way up there.

So this is a BIG shout out to the whole V4L Team...Melanie,Mark,Leaford,Christie,
Wade,Mariano...just everyone.

And for you Steve, if it wasn't for you this whole V4L Family wouldn't exist...

It's very considerate for V4L to allow visits; most online companies wouldn't give you the time of day if you called and asked to stop by.

They are most definitely a company worth doing business with. The friendly vibe you get just by being around all of them is very strong. But are far as being in a corner twitching, there's no room for that! It's slap full of all the stuff we crave (sigh) I wanna go back

That would be a good idea, I felt bad not giving much notice. But that just goes to show how above and beyond they go for their customers. But I'm sure if that type of thing happens too often they'll have to put a stop to it.

You have that right they are always taking care of problems you have and then alot more. I will always been with them.

Glad to hear you got treated right.

It's one thing that I enjoy about being part of the staff. Behind the smoke and mirrors, everyone is just really NICE without pretense.

I live in the same town V4L is based in (Northbrook) and I have not even gotten up the nerve to ask for a visit

Then again you all would not want me to visit them, since I will buy out all the yummy stock!!! Muahahahaha
