Well I threw Vapage under the bus.....I should be the one to announce that they have small bottles back in stock! I will never run out of Vmod bottles ever again.

yeah i ordered 3 2-bottle sets. i sure hope that lasts me for some time. i tried putting gorilla glue on my cracked bottle but it didnt work. still not airtight. but im kinda glad as im not sure if the glue would affect my vape.

oh and dont forget the 20% off code from the newsletter! 2TPRC

Not sure about a wide spread problem with the neck breaking on the bottle, but I know I had a problem with the bottle itself created stress cracks, (looks more like wear marks), from pressing too hard on it and it would press against the shell and create what looks like stress cracks. The bottle hasn't failed at all. I was the one that put the velcro behind the bottle and it instantly took care of the problem for me. Here is the pic I put in the other thread. Very simple cheap fix for it.... You can actually see the wear marks in the pic... I have only read maybe 2 or 3 times where the actual neck broke so not sure like I mentioned about a widespread problem...

oh, i didnt realize those were stress marks. i thought they were scrapes from the bottle scraping the sharp edge of the metal sleeve upon squonking.
but regardless, i like your velcro fix. i will do something similar. thanks for posting.

You're right, Kemosabe -- those marks are from being scraped on the sides of the metal sleeve -- they're not stress cracks. The same thing happened when I got my first VMOD, but I've since learned that you don't have to squonk it so hard to get juice to the atty. Just a tilt (watch for a bubble to appear inside the bottle) and a little press until you feel some resistance should do it.

Alternately, you guys could use the method Tat_skull pointed out to me that involves no squonking at all, if you want to get more life out of your bottles. All you have to do is put the drip tip into your mouth, tilt the VMOD upwards, and do a primer puff or two. It takes a little practice to get the right amount of juice in the atty, but it works.

I have 4 broken bottles on my one month old 2.0. I have had an XL since January and have broken no bottle. I contacted Vapage about a week ago which was very time consuming and a hassle and when they finally replied to me they still didn't address my problem, they only told me that the bottle for the 2.0 was only supposed to last several weeks, which they fail to let you know that when you purchase it and I see that as they really don't care about customer service, just making money. After 4 emails later they finally tell me to print an RMA form and send in my unit that I didnt explain earlier in this post that the press fit innards of the chassis won't stay in the chassis. I found this to be a big hassle on my end as I have spent hundreds of dollars at Vapage and referred many people to them. I wasn't looking for a handout just wanted to get my 2.0 fixed and it took 4 emails to get the info from them. I'm sure you can tell that I'm not too happy with Vapage
