Last year I purchased 2 Lava Box M's, a great 75w box. One of the boxes started showing a strange reading on the display, and I contacted and talked to Miki to try to figure out the problem, and after a couple of e-mails, I was asked if I could send it in for them to check out. Today I received an e-mail letting me know they had received it, ran some tests on it, and found it to be defective. Even tho it is past warranty, they said they are sending a replacement.
Needless to say, I am very pleased with the outcome, as with some other suppliers, I would just be out of luck.
