So I'm a newer vaper and have the Volcano Magma kit as well as the Inferno. I actually love these products and was so excited that I finally was able to quit smoking. However, it seems that their customer service is lacking - I mean REALLY lacking. It's almost as if there are only a couple people running the place. I call and NEVER get a live person and have to wait for them to return the call which sometimes takes days. It's the same on their website- emails aren't answered in a timely manner nor are "ticket" responded to.
Has anyone else had issues with them? It's really a shame because like I said I love their products so far, but if it comes down to lousy customer service, I will go elsewhere to spend my vaping money.
I don't want to badmouth them without being fair but it's been like this since day one. I've found it to be completely frustrating.
So, what would you recommend I switch to if I were to leave Volcano?? Anyone with similar products but good customer service as well??
