Volcano Forums gone or moved?

Hey guys,


I've been away for awhile, and noticed that the Volcano forums had been shut down. Could've sworn there was a message from AB saying they'd been moved, but I didn't read it all because I was busy ordering joose. Came back today to actually read the details and see where they'd moved to but now the whole page is just gone, and I get redirected to the store.

Please tell me the forums are alive and well somewhere! I loved the get-togethers, live events and contests, especially the Tuesday night chat (that was Tuesdays, right? The mind fails with age). Went to Vapers Island just now, the unofficial haunt of numerous Volcano clansmen, and it appears to be gone, too!

Heh, no, I didn't mean here.


I knew Volcano had a presence here on ECF, but it's certainly not the same as the dedicated forums (forums.volcanoecigs.com) where we had video chats and weekly contests/giveaways, etc. If you've ever used IRC (mirc and such), it was a lot like that. We could do live chats, see or hear each other (I never had a cam, but I did have a mic) and post comments in real-time. It was a blast. If that's gone... man, that's just heartbreaking. Had a lot of friends in there.

Edit: To avoid confusion, the forums at Volcano were both standard and video, the former being your typical forum software and the latter being an app of sorts you could launch from the site. I forgot to note the distinction.

Yes the old forums and chatroom have been shut down. We do have a new Knowledge Base where you can easily find answers to common issues you can find that here: Knowledge Base

We also have a new Community, it is like the old forum but with better features. You can find it here: Knowledge Base

The chatrrom was closed due to lack of use. People just stopped coming in, so it was closed down.
