I'm fairly new to vaping and ECF and hope to get some opinions from the "veterans" here. I'm currently using a Prosmoke and while it is convenient with the PCC, the battery and cartridge life aren't very good at all, nothing close to what they advertise. I am not really ready for a cheroot sized, or larger, manual model and have looked around here and elsewhere and both the Volt and Smoov seem good, cigarette sized, vapers. Any thoughts on which is actually better, the pricing is close enough not to matter?

Good choice. As you move along you'll discover many devices and associated hardware are rebranded/ renamed by the various vendors. LavaTube= KnightRider= VTube. smok Tech 1.7 single coil cartomizers= Resurectors and so on.
Good Luck.

I'm convinced that the Volt is the way I'll go. I asked a question about the Smoov and got a muddled, unspecific reply that sort of put me off about it.

Ym Volt will last me all day,(though I'm not a very heavy vaper) I had a Jasper&Jasper super mini before and it would only last me about 4 hours, even my dse801 with a 280mah battery wouldnt last me all day

As far as menthol flavors, I've tried a few disposables(Blu and finity) wasn't impressed, but Smokeless Image's Menthol Burts, Ice Menthol, and Min are all AMAZING!!

Menthol Burst is just s strong straight Menthol

Ice menthol, has a nice sweet taste to it to me

and the Mint taste to me like chewing WinterFresh gum

Their Classic Grape, Chocolate, and Watermellon are also amazing, when I first strarted vaping, I didnt think I'd be too into the non tobacco flavors but decided to try a few, I actually like the Tobacco and the sweet/fruity flavors equally, it's hard to choose a favorte out of the Juices I've tried(though Logic smoke WEhiskey isn't hard to eliminate, is not as good as I expected, tases like Segrams 7 which is my least favorite Whiskey)

I got my Volt kit today! Considering I ordered Friday afternoon, this isn't just fast, it's lightspeed! I got the 78mm batteries and a pack of "Cowboy" and a pack of blank XL stainless cartridges as well. So far I've gotten over a ml into each of two blanks I'm trying out with no problem. Can't say I'm a fan of the "cowboy" mix, but I'm going to order a sample pack with my next order, and there will be one soon, to give myself a fair sample. Overall impression is that it is a great product and company. I really think it will perform up to my expectations, rather than down from my expectations like the Prosmoke I started with. ;)

I can actually ditto this. It sounds like you ordered almost the exact same thing as me. I ordered late Friday night and had my order fulfilled this afternoon before 5:00PM. Additionally, I corresponded a bit with the Volt customer service people (Tom specifically) to say that they were great would be an understatement. I took a risk since I thought that so many people were just on Volt's wagon because they are very active on the forums, but everything good that I have heard described here is absolutely accurate. I'm honestly shocked. With as many terrible vendors, shady deals, etc that are going around with e-cigs, it is beyond refreshing to find something that is really as good as it looks. The product and the people are amazing. What else can you want?

I've placed both of my orders with Smokeless Image on Friday nights, and both orders have arrived on Monday. Customer Service seems great, and I am pleased with my Volt so far. I wan't too thrilled with their juice though. So I just placed some orders for other juices and ordered empty carts. Can't wait to try them out.

Their customer service is awesome. If you ever want to try a different type of cartomizer that gives better flavor and is easier to fill, checkout the bottom coil Phoenix from gotvapes.

I just did a YouTube video showing how well they work on a volt

LOL... I'm one of the Volties that jumps in and recommends them. It's for a good reason though. I had a POS analog like one that didn't work. I fell hard back into the smoking hole and almost gave up on vaping. Then I checked Youtube, and finding SteelJan and other hardcore vapors praising the Volt, figured I didn't have anything to lose. People here stand behind the product because it works. Yes, most will move on to bigger batteries. I'm using the Volt X2s now because it's a longer battery life, but I still take my little 78mms out and about because they work and they're easy to carry. I recommend the little ones to all new vapors I've converted because they're a great first experience for anyone that isn't ready to jump in to big batteries straight from smoking.

It is VERY refreshing to find a vendor that actually makes no unreasonable claims, "one cartridge is equal to a pack or pack and a half" for example when its more like 1/4 to 1/3 of a pack, and delivers what they say they will. So far, Smokeless Imagine is the best out there.

I have to admit that the form factor is important to me right now at least. Being able to easily hold the PV in my mouth while working around the house or out in the yard is very handy. That's why I am sticking with the "mini" stlye. Even with the 78mm battery and XL carto I can free both hands and actually do some work or chorsewhile vapping.

I'm not happy with the combo of the vanilla PG juice and the XL carto so far. I think that's a function of how "thick" the juice is and the capillary action of the carto. I have found that if I shake the PV like an old mercury fever thermometer, the output increases significantly. I don't think that will get juice into the battery, at least I hope it won't. I do have to be careful not to lose my grip or this thing will become an idetified flying object! Next time I fill them I'll thin out the juice with some water, RO purified, to see if that enhances performance. The flavor is great though, I'm enjoying right now.

I've also gotten more accustomed to the "Cowboy" carts that I ordered with the kit. It's much more satisfying than the "marlboro" flavor I have been using. Overall, I'm one happy camper and recommend Smokeless Image to anyone trying to make the switch. Overall, your experience will be a good one and get you off of analogs very quickly.
