Voltage Question

I bought a used Provari from the classifieds and I can only adjust the voltage down to 3.3.
Is this a version 1 or could there be some other problem?

I don't have a version 1 to check, but my guess is that it is a version limit. I checked my v2.5, and it goes down to 2.9 volts.

I have a version 2.0 and version 2.5, voltage goes down to 2.9 volts on both. It could be a version 1.0 and that it is normal to only go down to 3.3 volts. Give Provape an email to find out.

I believe, correct me if im wrong, Provape will up grade the internals to the latest version. Not sure on the cost though.

I googled it and it seems V1 only goes to 3.3 on the low end.
