OK you REONuts are not going to like this.......but the battery life on this VV suxs
While the batteries are healthy, the vape is awesome....but after a couple of hours....poof...no mas vapor.....
I am in the field for the majority of my day, in the clinic, a barn, a pasture, a truck..... and I must carry 4 additional batteries with me to last the workday.... That is a pain for me. The VV REO is a stout companion, I had a weenling stand on it for giggles....the mod is solid and can take a beating.......but really sucks up the power :( If a high amp hour battery could be installed instead of the two 18350 700mAh IMR's this MOD would be excellent for me.

My experience has been 4 or 5 mLs vaped before the batteries will no longer fire the atomizer. I usually rock an RBA at 2.3 to 2.5 ohms.

LOL...no i am not holding the button down...:glare:
AW IMR 18350 700mAh batteries
two tanks...like 8 mls?
a cisco 306 2.0 ohm atty
and a pony:laugh:

Holy crap 8mls just during your work day you don't need a Reo you need an IV drip lol:laugh: all kidding aside if your going thru that much it'll take a couple sets with a 2.0ohm atty and like Rob (Ratman) said you can step up to 3.0ohm and turn your VV up a create less drain on the batts cuz it pulls less amps

what is the capacity of the standard tank?.....I go through about 1.5 tanks a day.....is that over consumption? ... I go through like 4-5 ego stardusts a day .... those only hold 1.5 ml...but you only vape about 1.25 before they get hot....so????? am I a juice monger?

Something I didn't see anyone ask... Are your batteries brand new? It takes anywhere from 6-16 charge cycles for IMR batteries to achieve their full capacity potential. They just need a little break in time.

Also, a more recent post indicates you are going through about 9 ml per day and you asked if that's a lot. - "A lot" is subjective, but yes. 9 ml is getting in to the hard core chainvaping realm. You might give thought to increasing your nic level in your juice (unless, of course, you already use high nic and really are just a hardcore chainvaper at heart).

Beyond that, most 306's are juice consumers. It's hard to go back to a standard 510 after experiencing the vapor cannon of the 306. --- I actually did a comparison between a few of my favorite attys recently. I spent 3 days each using hh.357 2.0 ohm - 2.5 ohm i06 -- and a 1.8 ohm cisco 306. The atty most likely to chew through a lot of juice was the hh.357. It tears through juice. Next is the 306. After that, the least juice hogging in any of the high end attys comes down to the i06. It performs very well, but is much more miserly with the juice than other high-end attys,.

I hope that helps. You should be able to get through nearly a full bottle of juice between battery charges.

I vape heavy and my batteries last at least 8 hours over 4 ml of juice . You may have a faulty charger. Keep me informed if the 2.5 ohm atomizers doesn't get you more vape time

Oh I see we have a juice junky . You need the new reo back pack 10/000 mah bat with a 600 ml juice pack
I feel so....... unclean .... I'm a junky
Seriously....
I shall try the higher ohm attys :)
Six has an excellent point ..... I have never used an i06, 306, or an HH in a tank system before the REO....always dripped them which IMO is juice economy.... the process of dripping is slow and methodical...
nicotine is at 6%.......so I may be experiencing a vapor candy store and overdoing it........the juice, hence the battery
so my comments related to battery life may well have been a knee jerk reaction to my entry in the dark world of the Juice Junky8-o

My Xtar WP-2, with three amp settings, started not charging up one of the batteries of set, all the way, when light green. It was set on 0.5amp. If I put the lower charged one back in it would then charge it up all the way. I moved it up to 1.0 amp and it's charging correctly. I'm using a little do-hicky Scott sent to me to measure batteries. It is very accurate. (The Xtar WP-2, like some of the other high end chargers, will bring a battery out of "too discharged" state. Many of the chargers can't do that.)

On the other hand one set of AW IMR 18350 batteries I got in June '12.... I was getting less than 2 hours from set from beginning. It was due to one of the batteries of set being faulty from the beginning. (I switch battery position every ml of juice or so to keep drain on batteries more equal.) That battery has now been recycled and it's good partner is waiting for a mate when, and if, another battery of any set should get weak. I probably should just order one new AW IMR 18350 to make up a new set from the good one of set. The good battery, of set with bad battery, didn't get very stress as I used it max for an hour or so, when I used that set.

I have about 7 sets now in rotation with mostly me using them but I always have one or two WWGs going round the clock. I've already tossed (recycle) a couple of sets from late last year as they were getting worn out. My oldest ones are from March 12 now. A couple are showing reduced use time but not enough to toss them yet.

If a properly charged set gives less than 2 hours it's time to retire them. Most of my ERA coils (and soon to be REOmizers, Hornets, and in January Surface) are between 2.0-3.0 ohms. At near 3.0 ohms I crank the voltage above 5.0.

I'm getting good use time with the Joytech 2.7 ohm attys. Voltage near 5.0. My juices are light medium color, no tobacco, but pretty sweet butterscotch/FSUSA Applewood, ~50/50 PG/VG, 18mg.

I vape 1.7-1.9 Smoketech cartos at a little above 4v and usually get almost 3 ml through them before changing batteries. (I turn off the VVs when not in use.)

Hugs, Feisty Alice

The VV REO is a stout companion, I had a weenling stand on it for giggles....the MOD is solid and can take a beating.......

I too have a lot of muck in my environment much of the time. But since my REOs are so fond of swimming I try to keep them away from any body of water; toilet, dish water, animal water buckets, nasty wash tubs/buckets, pool, spa (several REOs have sampled all). But they still insist on jumping into bodies of water. Silver VVG has taken two swims; one into cold dirty, greasy dish water. After a good blow out, soak in alcohol, blow out, and then sunning/drying for a couple of days I'm happy to report that it is still functioning as good as new.

All my VVGs still have functioning original recessed buttons. For that reason I try to keep them away from too much muck. While I'm the "swim" tester you Kami, are probably set up very well to be the "muck" tester.

Good luck getting your battery issues straightened out.

Hugs, Feisty Alice
