Alright, I've officially dropped out of the VV Startup day race... feel relief mortals! You don't have to deal with my mad shopping skills. ;)

Seriously though, just got an incredible business opportunity but I've got to pay for the tickets to get up and check it out, so Wood VV REO is on the back burner for me.

Sorry to hear that I hate to see anyone not being able to try for a vv woodvil... Instead come sale night I'd prefer everyone to just wait like 5-10 minutes so i can find what I like and check out. :)

You could set up the "bill me later" in your PP acct... then you have 90 days or something to give PP their money. I've never used it and I'm led to understand that some purchases can't be done that way, but it might be worth a shot.

I posted this on this thread on 03/02/2012:

Just an observation I wanted to pass on.

When Robert was making the Woodvil 18490 he posted pics. If we look at some of the dates, maybe we can use the same time frame in relation to the VV Woodvils.

On 10/26 he posted the first pics of them like the pics we just saw of the VV Woodvil
On 11/12 he posted pics of them ready for first finish coat
On 11/22 he posted pics of the first finish coat
On 12/18 the Woodvil 18490 were released for sale

Robert is not making as many of the VV Woodvil, but the internals are more complicated.
Also he has some of the Woodvils that he is working on.

Let's compare this to the VV Woodvil pics:
02/17/2012 first pics
03/10/2012 ready for first finish coat
03/25/2012 first batch first poly coat
04/04/2012 last batch poly coat done
? sale date

Remember the differences in the build between the two. The VV Woodvil will take more time to assemble.

Hopefully there is no correlation between those dates!!!! That would make the sale date around the 27th!!!!

I wish I had used your better judgement and kept 1 REO. REOless is worse...but my WCs will hold me over. :)

Between sending one out as a loaner, sending two out for a Metalhead to try Wood, trading one and shorting one...I was recently down to one working REO for a few days. It was strange after being used to at least four in the rotation, but also very comforting knowing that it would provide me with clouds of vapor every time I needed it.
And of course it was my ever faithful, all day every day Ebony.

No REOnaut should be completely REOless...

Not a bit worried Mike! Never thought I would hit 40. A VV Woodvil will be #42. I feel comfortable with that amount though!:vapor:

42 is a great number. According to Douglas Adams, it's the ultimate answer to the ultimate question of Life, the Universe, and Everything.

Tripp are you here?

Wanted to ask you if you knock about with your Wenge or if it is a stay at home mod. Still trying to decide on my first pick since my dream mod died an untimely death.:(

It stays home most of the time, but I have taken it out of the house a few times. When doing so, I'm extremely careful with it. It's survived a few drops on the carpet and a hundred topples on my desk.

:)
