Decisions, decisions. Wonder if I should change to 510, then, to be able to run io6 native, plus a 510/801 adapter for the fusions.

(gotta make an order change no matter what, pick up the spare bottle)

Any thoughts on a power supply extender cable?
Something like this should work. Depending on how long you want it Best buy or Radio Shack probably have them.

I'm not to clear what you mean. Are you saying you had to use a adapter between the atty and the whistle tip?
unless the mini 801 had a different d/t, i think he meant he used a 901 to 801 adapter on the 801 atty to connect it to the VVPV. (unless his beta was a 510; in which case he used a 510 to 801 adapter).
Then he drilled a hole in the 801 whistle tip d/t for the juice tube to fit.

Thanks for clearing that up. I have a VVPV 801 on order and I was thinking of using Iken's Mini 801 atty.

Gotta admit, I'm leaning towards a change, since it sounds like the IO6 is worth trying and 801/510 adapters aren't shown at Ikenvape.

808, 510, or 901? My take is that the 808 vs. 901 is a shrug. I kind of like the low profile adapters, and the 510/801 is not fusion compatible (for some reason). It's looking like back to an 808 or 901 connector, probably just make it a 901. Order a 901/510 with the IO6 SR, plus another 901/801.

What size hole is needed in an IO6 tip for the hose feed?

I'm thinking the 901 route due to personal dislike (just me) of 510 connector :) If the IO6 are indeed as wunnerful as many say, sweet, the adapter stays on full time. If they're a shrug, I flip back to the 901/801 and use fusions. I have some non-stealth adapters, 808/901-to-other, that seem to be working well already.

I doubt I'll sell. I've become comfortable with the notcigs product line, the quality :)

Im right with ya on hating 510. Although I use 510 alot on Io6 and Dual coil cartos. IMO 808/901 is better even for 510 as I can throw a adapter on and have the same height connection as anyone with a 510. Hard to tell its a adapter. When im using 801 808 or 901 its shorter than any 510 with adapter ;)

If I strip my 510 no worries grab a new adapter and its good to go. Ive killed several........

I hear ya on selling..... I have a Original infinity that never used but I cant bring myself to sell it. Once I get the VVPV Ill have every notcigs PV sold....and two of a couple of them ;)

that sums it up good; i'm going to a 901 vvpv, black, black, brass top/bottom... only a day or two to go.....

I just sent in the change to 901, asked to pick up a spare bottle. Black/brass too :) , It's the color scheme on my OI and BP. Couple of IO6 on order, the adapters, and a couple of IO6 DT (one to screw up, one to get it right :) ) I may just try tweaking the IO6 cap, as previously mentioned, but having the IO6 DT gives me options.

yeah, i guess the reason for tweaking is because the i06 d/t is not too good on its own for dripping; narrow tunnel, which can be reamed. But i suppose you could drill the hole, for the tube, and maybe ream it. It's got the same complications a 306 would have on the vvpv... i suppose... interesting subject.

The tester was a 901 and I used a 901 to 801 adapter between the carto and the VVPV.

I like the 808 native because you can easily adapt it to anything without problems. I ordered one 510 and had more problems with the center post not working from one carto to the next. That was the last 510 PV I'll ever buy. You read everywhere about 510 connection problems. JMHO

Not for nothing but I went 510 all the way for numerous reasons, wont any adapter work though ? and if you go with a 801 or 901 it will be a male connector, so when juice runs out of your 901 it's going right to the catch cup, same with the 801, I havent seen the catch cup up close but I'm still thinking its gonna be best to have the native 510 Female type fitting for the excess juice reason, am I wrong ? plus it seems Atty advancements are happening with 510 fitting more so then with other type connections these days,,,, like to here what you guys think but I'm sticking with 510

I would like a sealed 510 connection on mine

That's another reason I don't use 510. If I do have juice leak out I don't want it going into my PV. It's just one of those everyone has there favorite things and I don't think 808, 510,901, or 4081 is everyones fave.
My Buzz Pro is 801 native.
